Our holiday home is situated on the outskirts of this most beautiful seaside village. The Casa enjoys fabulous views of sea, mountain and orange groves from its private terraces. Only a few mins walk from the beach, Palm Beach has wonderful new laid gardens with the choice of use of no less than three swimming pools. A Mediterranean Holiday with a difference on the Orange Blossom Coast. Alcossebre is ideally located half way between the airports of Valencia, Reus and Barcelona giving a good choice of flights from the UK and the rest of Europe. The picturesque settings around Alcossebre make for a tranquil break for families and couples alike yet there is always the town centre and marina with its shops, tapas bars and restaurants to entice you. The Casa: ‘Casa Keyvilla’ is situated 300 metres from the beach, it is built on three levels, on the ground floor there is the lounge and living area together with the spacious kitchen and ground floor toilet and shower room. To the exterior the solarium leads directly to the pool areas where one can take a dip whenever you desire. There is also a covered garage area where your vehicle can be parked. The lounge area is also fully air conditioned.
The first floor accommodates the two bedrooms a double and twin beds are provided. The second floor bathroom has toilet washbasin bidet and bath. Off the main bedroom there is a beautiful balcony overlooking the open countryside directly from this balcony are the steps leading to the roof terrace where sea, countryside and mountain views may be enjoyed. The second bedroom overlooks the beautiful pool and gardens area. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, and the main bedroom is also air conditioned.

Out & About: The countryside around Alcossebre is full of contrasts where plains and mountains alternate with wonderful beaches and rocky coast. Together with the climate, the sea, the wonderful beaches and nature, this is an ideal venue for holidays throughout the year. This area of Spain is said to be one of the healthiest locations in the world.
Approximately 1½hrs drive away from Alcossebre are the famous attractions, Port Aventura Theme Park & Costa Caribe Waterpark. Set on the theme of the different continents of the world this is a not to be missed family day out. There is also Acualandia at Peniscola and at Benicassim there is yet another quite large water park Aquarama There are various historical monuments in the area, churches, hermitages, towers and castles. Favourite visits include the ancient walled town of Morella or Peniscola on the coast. Pictured above is the castle at Peniscola.
Shops Bars Cafes & Restaurants: There are various markets at most of the towns along the coast and there is a market in the centre of Alcossebre once a week on Tuesday evenings.. All the usual shops; Newsagents, Supermarkets, Clothes and Gift Stores etc are located in the town centre, larger Hypermarkets are at Castellon or Vinaros.
Bars, Cafes and Restaurants of various cuisine are also found in the lively centre. Dishes from seafood to pizzas can be enjoyed and served with the wide selection of Valencian wines. You will of course be able to sample the most delicious and traditional dishes of the region. Rice and fish are the local cuisine main ingredients. They are used to prepare savoury and famous dishes such as paella, arroz a banda, arroz negro (black rice), suquet de peix, zarzuela or parrillada. Its desserts have also become another delicacy of the Mediterranean diet. Almonds are the primary ingredient of the majority of its cakes and pastries. 2013 prices from £250-£500.Per weekPlease note prices quoted above are for the accommodation hire only; your travel arrangements must be sought and purchased separately. A £100 breakage deposit will be charged to your booking, this is completely refundable on vacating the accommodation in good condition. General: Prices shown are for the usual 7-day hire period however the duration of hire is totally flexible and will be charged on a daily basis. (Min £150) A £100.00 (non refundable) per week deposit is required on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the first day of your hire. Holidays booked within 8 weeks prior to the hire commencing should be paid in full at time of booking.
