This home was built in 2000, it holds the charm and quiet of a mountain retreat. It is a lakefront log home situated on Lake Adger which is an exclusive lake and equestrian community (10 minutes from Lake Lure / Chimney Rock) with a wrap-around porch and stunning views of the lake and mountains.
There is a screened-in deck off the upstairs Master Suite as well. A private boat dock allows access for water sports, fishing, and swimming. _WE HAVE A KAYAK AND 2 CANOES !! available at the cabin for your enjoyment this is included in your rate. If you are looking for privacy in a lakefront home this property is for you.
The house has central heat and air conditioning. The three bedrooms have ceiling fans. Upstairs is a King size bed and private bath. Main floor has a Queen size bed and private bath. The lower floor has two bunk beds (4 total beds) with a private bath. The complete kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.
The large laundry room has a washer, dryer along with an iron and ironing board. A telephone is provided for local calls. There is a Dish Cable TV and DVD in the living room along with a wood burning stove. Please, no smoking in the house.
