Welcome to our beautiful oceanfront-oceanview condo on Maui! Come spend your vacation in our spacious one bedroom resort condo #510, complete with all the comforts of home. Located on the 5th floor, the views from our unit are absolutely stunning. Our location commands spectacular, unobstructed oceanviews and sunsets across the Pacific Ocean to Maui's West Mountains. You can even watch the whales play in the surf (mid December to mid May)!

There's nothing more peaceful than being greeted each morning with the majestic oceanview from the comfort of your luxurious California King mattress. Continuing the morning with breakfast on the Lanai is truly a treat! Exotic colorful birds will greet you with their cheerful songs as the palm trees gently sway in the breezes.

Kauhale Makai (Village by the Sea) Resort, includes a Sparkling Tile Pool, Hot Tub, Kiddie Pool, Putting Green and Volleyball court. Our guests are welcome to use the four public tennis courts located south of Kauhale Makai. There is nothing between the resort and the beach except for a large grassy area sprinkled with palm trees - no road to cross! Yes, Kauhale Makai is located right on the beach in Kihei.

Kihei is centrally located to everything Maui has to offer including some of the best beaches in the world. Kihei also has plenty of fine restaurants, grocery stores, shopping complexes and other sightseeing spots, plus all the water sports you can imagine!

  • I had looked at many condos online before deciding on this unit. It was everything they said it would be! The view is beautiful and it is fully stocked with anything you could need. The bed is so comfortable--best mattress ever. Darra has really seen to having things all accessible.

  • Finding a nice place in Maui is sometimes a little bit difficult. I was lucky that my husband did all the search for me and he found this condo that was not just clean and confortable but close to the aiport and food stores. Darra the owner was extremelly helpful, always answering our questions and giving us tips that help us to make our trip a wonderful experience. It is hard to find people these days that care but Darra really does. From the moment I saw the condo and the surrounding I knew we're going to have a great time. Waking up in the morning and seeing the sea and the mountains was priceless. Mahalo, Darra.

  • WOW!! What a vacation. Maui itself was a stunning place to visit, but the accomodations made the start and end of everyday perfect. My girlfriend and I stayed in the condo for 9 days in total, and left with no complaints at all. The condo has everyting you would expect and more. From pots and pans galore, to boogie boards and other water toys. The condo's location on the island was phenomenal, it's middle ground location, forces you to get out and explore which we loved. The beach on the property wasn't stunning but a gorgeous place to take in a sunset none the less. Being on the fifth floor of the complex gives you a ton of privacy and makes for an incredible view of the mountains and sun set. Overall I could talk about this place forever, it wasn't a high end boutique condo, but it was perfect in that it was comfortable and felt like home within our first hour. Both my girlfriend and I will return to Maui and wouldn't think twice about arranging to have this property. It honestly made our trip.

  • Unit 510 is a wonderful getaway for the week. I strongly recommend it for its proximity to many locations. It's an easy drive anywhere - well unless you try the Road to Hana and that's just not an easy drive. Lot's of good eats nearby (recommend Sarento's on the Beach). The condo is packed with everything you will need to beach it, hike it, drive it - oh and a well stocked kitchen too. Enjoy because you can't go wrong. Please note: There is construction going on in nearby areas (late 06 - early 07).

  • We stayed in unit 510 earlier this month (March/2007) and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic and it is easy to reach any part of the island from here. The unit is well stocked with utensils and the office staff was helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this condo if you are considering staying in Kihei---how can you not love sipping your morning coffee and watching whales from the lanai? Thanks Darra for the great place and for answering our questions prior to our arrival. We shall return.

  • First off I would like to say Thank you, the condo was perfect and it exceeded our expectations by far. You provide a lot of extras that we were not expecting. We didn’t have to go out a buy beach stuff because your condo provides it all. The sleeps were just great and we had to get used to the early sunsets. We were happy we went with a condo because this allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the condo in the mornings and also eat in a couple evenings. But all in all I would totally recommend your condo to friends and family and we plan to go back in a few years. We would definitely go back to your condo if/when we return. Once again Thank You and we had a blast and one amazing experience.

  • A little slice of heaven! Mom & I spent a week here for Mother's Day, 2006 and found it to be all we had hoped for and more. It's clean, comfortable, well equipped, with a perfect central location for visiting all of Maui's wonderful destinations. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone with champagne taste on a beer budget:-) The convenient assigned parking space, elevator and close proximity of the condo to the elevator were especially helpful to us, since Mom has limited mobility. WE LOVED THIS PLACE!!!
