This non-smoking courtyard villa is absolutely beautiful! Located in the BelleAire Village, Village of Valdosta. Newly redecorated and has all the ammenities. There is a queen size bed in the master along with a color TV. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room which is queen size. 57" projection screen TV also in the living room. Dining room with a formal dining room set seats 6. Kitchen has a large snack bar that also seats 6. Great private backyard.

The villa sleeps 6 comfortably. All linens are provided and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the screened lanai in a fenced private backyard. There is also a 1 1/2 car garage with a screen enclosure and a 4 seat golf car with all the bells and whistles! The villa has 1300 Sq. Ft. of living space.

In The Villages, you'll discover two charming destinations for old-fashioned fun all year long: Spanish Springs Town Square and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. These turn-of-the-century squares will make you feel like you've taken a step back in time to a simpler, more enjoyable way of life.

Stroll along the quaint streets... do some shopping, grab a bite to eat, see a movie or sample one of "Florida’s Best" at our microbrewery. When the sun goes down, the fun comes up with free entertainment every night in the gazebo... simply relax and enjoy the music or dance the night away!

As our guest, you are automatically a member of all 9 country clubs. Enjoy their fine restaurants and bar areas. WHILE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A REASONABLE FEE TO PLAY GOLF ON THE CHAMPIONSHIP COURSES, THE EXECUTIVE COURSES ARE FREE WITH THE OPTIONAL $50 TRANSFER FEE. Some can be quite challenging.

Relax in one of the 15 pools and then head down to the town square for live music, dancing and happy hour every night. Dine in one of the seven country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the great restaurants on Town Square. A couple of recommendations would be: ToJays, Cattle Baron Club, El Santiago Club and Cane Garden.

After dinner take in a movie or head over to Katie Belle's night club for some late night live entertainment and dancing. I guess that is why they call it "The Adult Disneyland." We are a 55+ adult community!

Seasonal rates very due to the weather temperatures in Florida, but do not let the weather be a factor in visiting The Villages. All ammenities, recreation and over 500 other activities are the same all year round.

  • Although we only rented for one week, we enjoyed this villa very much. It is so well appointed, making it very comfortable and homey. The location makes it very easy to get around and attend all of the functions. Certainly one of the best rental properties we have ever stayed in.

This was our first time renting, and Debbe answered all of our questions and had lots of helpful information for us. Having the golf cart was great as a "second vehicle" on those days I needed to "shop" :) It was a wonderful way to spend our first anniversary, and we are definitely planning to rent from Lee & Debbe again, hoping to make it an annual adventure.   • We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay in this lovely villa. We golfed almost every day. The 4-seater golf cart is great if you have visitors. We had the opportunity to look at other villas when there were "Open Houses" and this one is very nicely appointed in comparison to some of the others. The kitchen is large & fully equipped, plus there is a BBQ. We enjoyed the large screen TV, since we don't have one at home. We are returning this year!

  • We've rented the month of February from the Rosenthals in 2007 & 2008. Will repeat again for 2009. We obviously love it. We're retired & the villa is a perfect size & location for a getaway from New Englands long winters. While the villa has everything necessary for a leisurely stay, of equal importance is the ease in which we've been able to communicate with the owners before, during & after our visits. This goes a long way in assuring a relaxed vacation.
