Welcome to Tranquility at Bayside!
We are in a Toll Brothers Resort Waterfront Community. It is on the Indian River Bay and just two minutes from the Ocean beaches. This three bedroom, two and a half bath two-story villa built in 2005 features a large kitchen with center island and breakfast area with open views to the family room. It sleeps up to eight, comfortably. Linens and Towels are not included. The living room is complete with a gas fireplace and sliding doors to outdoor deck overlooking a gazebo. Also, upgraded carpet and hardwood throughout. The spacious master suite includes a well-appointed master bath with jacuzzi tub and a private terrace. A two-car garage is also included.

As recorded in the guest book onsite: Thank you for the lovely accomodations. It was perfect for a relaxing week away and there was plenty to keep the children happy. The pool is great and the Delaware State Park was wonderful. Bethany Blues was a fabulous restaurant. We also enjoyed one towards Fenwick - Cottage Cafe. About the owner: Originally from the East Coast, I currently reside in Chicago. But, I still need to get my fix for the East Coast by heading to the Beach as often as possible. And while at the Beach, I need to head to the Boardwalk for the concerts, shop in the outlet malls and walk down to Magnolia's, just one block away, for a sit in the bar and the company of the locals.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Bethany Lakes:
My family has been heading to the Bethany Beach area every Summer since my son was born. We enjoy it so much that we decided to purchase our own place to stay in when we go. Every Summer, our entire extended family heads to Bethany Beach for the 4th of July festivities. There's a great small town feel to the parade and there is nothing like watching fireworks shot over the Atlantic Ocean.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
We have also started a tradition of spending New Years Eve at the beach. For us, the Clubhouse for New Years Eve is the best place to be. You have the pool, the game room, and the large screen TV's to enjoy. We usually grill some lobsters at the Clubhouse grill and have some ribs with them. I can't wait to go back!
