  the place was great. The rooms where nice size and comfortable. the owner was very helpful getting to the home and showing us what was around to experince. Made a great place for a family getaway.

  My family and I stayed at this house in February 2013 Excellent value for money, good transport links to all over London. There are 2 local parks nearby and the local shops are 5 minutes away. The house has a garden and 3 good size rooms, which is all clean and correct. I can recommentd this property for future Holiday Rentals. Michael Harrison

  My family and I stayed at this house in February 2013. Excellent value for money, good transport links to all over London. There are 2 local parks nearby and the local shops are 5 minutes away. The house has a garden and 3 good sized rooms which were all clean and correct. I can recommend this property for future Holiday Rentals. Michael Harrison

  This is a very excellent apartment in London. It is spacious, neat and well furnished. We needed the space and got it. The rooms were okay. The kitchen is well spacious for a London apartment and well equipped except for a blender which was not provided. Michael and his son were very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Would definitely rent the apatment again and highly recommend to others.

  We found the house very spacious and clean, with a nice patio area ideal for the summer. Parking was no problem, the tube is only 10 minutes walk away and shops are just down the road. The owner was very nice and gave us all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend it.

  A really lovely and quite spacious house in a quiet section in the East End. You could kit yourself out quite nicely at the local shops, which are only a 5 minute walk, and the local Morrison's is only about 15 minutes away via bus. The owner is indeed a true gentleman, professional and yet very friendly and helpful at the same time. It was a pleasure meeting him, and doing business with him. I am not going to tick any of the recommend boxes as I would pretty much recommend this house to anyone. Would love to return sometime soon!!

  My family and I rented this house for a week. It was great value for money and gave us the space we wanted that you don't get with a hotel. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner had the central heating on timer so the house was lovely and warm considering the cold weather we had when we visited. The facilities were great. Great shower with hot water any time of day. Good size kitchen for cooking meals. The location was great. It was a quiet area with free parking outside the house and was near to supermarkets (Tesco. Asda). Lakeside shopping centre is only a 20 minute jounrney by car. It was also great to be within walking distance to local shops, post office and a tube station to go down London city. The owner was very helpful from first contact. We knew he was at the end of the phone if we needed. I would highly recommend this property for rental and I will be in contact with the owner to rent the house again in the future when I visit London.

  An good appartment for three teenagers on holiday to Londom with theirs mums. Nice kitchen for long breakfasts. About 40 minutes to London by undergound. Ok for the mums, a little bit too long for impatient boys :-)

  This house offers excellent value for money for its location and how convinient it is to travel around London. The tube station is about 10 minutes walk from the house, which makes it easy to get to all the London tourist attractions. The house is very clean and has a quiet cottage feel to it. There is free parking directly outside the house and the the internet connction is free. There is a private garden for relaxing and the area is very safe. The owner is a gentlemen who treats all his guests professionally and is not in your face. Basically, we found that he left us to it, but was there if we needed any information. My family will definately use this house again. Perfect!

  Just a quick note to say, that I had a great time at the house. It it exactly what it says on the ticket! It was clean, comfortable and good value for money. Additionally, the house has very easy transport by tube to the center of London, which takes a short time to arrive. Plus it is easy to get back to the house from the center of London, about 20 minutes by tube. The owner stayed in touch to ensure all was well - good customer service skills. Thank you.
