Located on beautiful Sunset Island this unit has much to offer. It sits waterfront in the Harbor, but is a short stroll to the Beach. The small town is located between Huntington Beach and Seal Beach in sunny southern California. It is an older Beach community with a lovely almost privet beach, mostly locals.
If you are in the mind set of a quite peaceful time with the family this is your place. It does not offer the party life, instead it has restaurants with in walking distance, and sunset strolls all alone. Not walking over a tourist every two feet might be just your thing. We live on-site and enjoy the peace and tranquility it offers.
We cater to couples, small families and corporate placement no larger then six in a group. This is a fully furnished two bedroom two baths. We have a wonderful fully stocked kitchen for your convenience and an outside barbeque. Sit on the patio waterfront and enjoy, use the fire pit at night. There is also a lot to do here as well, rent kayaks, boats, and bikes also take kite-surfing lessons. We have duffy rentals, check out Huntington Harbor.
We are a short drive from all the southern California Parks, We are 30 minutes from L.A. and we have shopping of all kinds available. You will run out of time before you run out of things to do.
Again we are on the water one block from beach. We provide Beach chairs, towels, cooler and a few other things to make your days a the beach a blast. we can host up to six people.
