Shady backyard. Cozy, rustic.
One-half mile to small beach, mile and a half to town.
Chatham is a charming town with something for everyone; band concert Friday nights.

Off Season Weekends are $200/night + cleaning fee, 3 night min.
5% Discount for two or more continuous weeks.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, final payment due 30 days in advance.
