Large eat-in, well-equipped kitchen, Large living room with skylights. Master bedroom with private bath and queen-size bed, second master with queen-size bed with bath, kids' loft (with five twin beds), and two smaller rooms each with double-size bed and shared bath. Shady backyard. Cozy, rustic. One-half mile to small beach, mile and a half to town. Chatham is a charming town with something for everyone; band concert Friday nights.
