This lovely, Long Beach Island, New Jersey, vacation home is spacious with partial views of the bay and ocean. Perfect for two or three families or large family reunions. Ocean side, only 12 houses from beach. House is surrounded on three sides by decks on both levels plus a roof top deck. Every room has a deck. We have a large, beautiful backyard surrounded by trees. Our house is the only three-level house on the block, so you tower over other houses, ensuring complete privacy.
Four bedrooms plus fifth bedroom/family room with sleeper sofa. Two-and-one-half bathrooms plus outdoor shower. Contemporary, reverse-living home with enclosed garage (including sand toys and beach chairs). Great room with cathedral ceiling for kitchen, dining area, and living room on top floor.
