This lovely, Long Beach Island, New Jersey, vacation home is spacious with partial views of the bay and ocean. Perfect for two or three families or large family reunions. Ocean side, only 12 houses from beach. House is surrounded on three sides by decks on both levels plus a roof top deck. Every room has a deck. We have a large, beautiful backyard surrounded by trees. Our house is the only three-level house on the block, so you tower over other houses, ensuring complete privacy.
Four bedrooms plus fifth bedroom/family room with sleeper sofa. Two-and-one-half bathrooms plus outdoor shower. Contemporary, reverse-living home with enclosed garage (including sand toys and beach chairs, (no guarantee as to quality)). Great room with cathedral ceiling for kitchen, dining area, and living room on top floor. Fully-equipped kitchen. Family room/5th bedroom also on top floor. Dining Room seats 12. An abundance of deck furniture provided.

Great week! Sunset Party on top deck all sunny days were the highlight. Well equipted kitchen and dining area in and out made for family style meals. Weber grill got plenty of use. Extra large fridge was a plus. Back family room was perfect for the teenagers! Bikes in garage were put to use and the price was right (free). Plenty of beds and comfortable too! Quiet block and medium walk to beach. Not the best outdoor shower but served it's purpose. See you next year!
