I love this condo ' Great Rates ' We have stayed at this unit multiple times over the last three years except this summer because we recently relocated to tampa florida but have always been very pleased with the owner Tim. We actually got locked out a couple of times during our stay and the owner was quick to coming back over and letting us back in....We are actually planning another trip this fall for the cooler months. I would def recommend this condo for anyone looking at staying. Thanks Tim' The Hutchins Family!!!!

We stayed in this unit and experienced a difficult owner (Tim). We have travelled to this area (twice a year) for 15 years and never experienced issues with an owner before. We experience a simple drain issue (kitchen sink). The owner made it obvious this was a hassle, placed blame, had a bad attitude, and took his time to get it fixed; leaving us without a sink for almost 3 days. To make matters worse, Tim also delayed returning our security deposit for over a month and charged us for the drain issue. We will not be back. Feel free to contact me for details. Owner response:The drain issue was caused by the renters. He insisted on being present when on problem was fixed. On site maintance records show that they called him three times and on the third day he responded. Check was delayed because renter has wrong return address on envolope. Forgot to mention the early move in, Sunday delivery of internet cable and great rental rate! No hassle here, I live in Destin and love it. Own and rented this unit for over 10 years , I really try my BEST.;)Tim ( Loyal current owner & current renter) Check great face book remarks
