This is a Non-Smoking Unit. Our Condo is located across the street from the ocean, a very short walking distance.

Our Condo is freshly painted, very clean and nicely decorated. For your entertainment, we provide 4 TV's, DVD/VCR and stereo. And for your sleeping comfort the Master bedroom has a King Size bed and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer a Queen Size and two twin beds. Lighted wet bar ready for golfers at the 19th Hole. Ceiling fans in all rooms. We receive the most compliments for our stocked kitchen which includes most amenities found at home. Condo includes screened porch overlooking courtyard pool and open balcony off master bedroom.

For your convenience we provide 6 beach chairs and 3 boogie boards for the kids.

This is a "smoke-free" Condo. Pets are NOT allowed. Linens and departure cleaning included in rental fee.

Pelican's Landing is located on Shore Drive and only a short walk to the popular Ocean Annies Beach Club and the Apache Fishing Pier. Two pools on site, children's playground, a putting green, BBQ grills, picnic tables, pool lounge chairs, elevator and luggage carts for your convenience.

GREAT LOCATION! Over 100 golf courses. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are both nearby. Restaurant Row is within minutes of Shore Drive, Super Wal-Mart, Tanger Factory Outlet and the New Bass Pro Shop. Too many great restaurants, lounges, and entertainment to list.

FAMILY REUNIONS/LARGE GROUPS: Our family owns 3 condos, two on the 3rd floor which are next to each other and "The Seay-Shell" which is unit 225 on the 2nd floor. Let us know if you need accommodations for a large group and we will coordinate and work out the details for you!

NOTE: All 3 properties are managed by owners. No more stopping to pick up keys!

  • Just returned home from our week-long vacation in Myrtle Beach. Pelican Landing 225 is a beautiful condo. It was decorated so nicely. As soon as you walked in, you felt like you were at home. Everything was in tip-top shape. The location was perfect. I hope the Dillons will be able to stay there again. I did not want to leave but had to come back to reality. Your condo is SUBERB!!!! Highly recommend....
