Breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the 30-foot balcony. See dolphins, whales, surfers, and shuttle launches from your own living room. The brand-new kitchen with stainless appliances and Corian countertops overlooks the wide open living area that is furnished with all new furniture. Hardwood bamboo floors are in the kitchen and living areas and new carpet in the rest of the condominium. The master bath and guest bath both have granite counters and new tile. Both bedrooms have all new bedding, linens, and furniture. The master has its own sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the beach and the guest has a wonderful view of the ocean.
Unit has been completely gutted and rebuilt with no expense spared. This unit is one of the nicest rentals on the East Coast. It is on the second floor of a five-floor building allowing views of the beach from above the dunes. Super clean building with secure keypad entry. You must see the photos.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! Everything is so nice and new! It is professionally decorated, very clean, right on the beach, and convenient to restaurants, shopping etc. Located in a secure complex, it has a wonderful view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom, both of which open to the balcony. Our experience here was quite relaxing and very positive.
