Luxurious house on one of the most beautiful beaches of Brazil, Maresias is surrounded the Atlantic Forest's palm trees . The house has 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The house has a 25 meter long swimming pool. There is a home theater with PLASMA TV 42´´and 2 living rooms, all painted in white. The main living room has a white ceiling 7 meters high . There is a jacuzzi for 8 people outside, air conditioning and tv in all rooms, a security guard, and a maid .
We also have 3 bikes to explore the rivers that flow to the Atlantic forest or to drive along the coast and its blue ocean and its white sands . The house is fully equipped with DVD TV in the rooms and stereo.
Palm trees in the garden, a quiet and peaceful place, Maresias is a beach villa , near to the city life of São Paulo (1 1/2 hour drive) which is Brazil's biggest city with 16 million people and a New York life style. Rio de along the coast. Rio de Janeiro has the most beautiful Carnival in the world .

Maresias is one of the most famous beaches in São Paulo state , is notorious for its white sand and clean blue warm water of the ocean .
The beach is full of young people since Maresias has one of the most exciting night life of the São Paulo , there many famous restaurants like MANACA , Cauim , AQUA and others famous restaurants with their international and brazilian food.
At night there are nightclubs like SIRENA where over 2. 000 people dance from 11 pm to 7: 00 am . Galeão is another club full of pretty people among more than 10 others which makes of Maresias night to be consider the IBIZA night of Brazil .
