Enjoy the comfort of our newly remodeled custom decorated, one-bedroom, one-bath condominium. Imagine being 75 short steps from a mile long golden sand beach on the east shore of Kauai. From your private lanai with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, you can watch the sunrise and whales passing by.
You will find our condominium at the Pono Kai, in the historic town of Kapaa, on a 12 acre beachfront resort centrally located on the east shore of the "Garden Isle." We are only 15 minutes from Lihue Airport and shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.
Our condominium is a Non-Smoking corner unit on the 2nd floor that was completly remodel in August 2007. Brand new custom-made cherry cabinets and granite counter tops have been installed in the kitchen and bathroom. All appliances are new; porcelain tiles grace the entry, bathroom and kitchen areas. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Besides these new additions, the condo amenities include beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, tennis racquets, and snorkel equipment for your use while staying at our island home.
The resort itself provides free parking and the front desk is open 24 hours a day. Each building has laundry facilities and elevators. The resort added a workout room as of December. For your convenience there is an activities desk so you can arrange for your island adventures.
