This three bedroom, two bath pet friendly waterfront home is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood of South West Cape Coral. Built in 1999, it features all new furnishings, custom floral arrangements, and a fully equipped eat in gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom suite has a queen-size poster bed and the bath has an oversize soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The kitchen can accommodate four diners with additional seating for four at the countertop bar area. The living room has large glass sliders and opens up entirely onto the beautiful screened in pool area and lanai.

The pool and lanai have an eastern exposure for cool summertime seating and is sheltered from the wind in winter. The lanai is equipped with a modern barb-b-que with lighting for evening cooking. Entertain a party of six under the cool breeze of an outdoor fan and intimate lighting. The front entranceway lanai is screened, and by opening the double entrance doors a lovely cross breeze cools the house on balmy days. Outdoor living is very much the focus of this home. The pool has solar heat as well as a heat pump. Save energy and have a warm pool ready outside your bedroom door.
For your entertainment, the home has three TVs, three DVDs, stereo and Wi Fi Internet, printer, fax, copier. Kitchen is equipped with Cusinart Food Processor and blender, and Mellita One Cup coffee maker, pancake grill and waffle iron. The private dock is large enough that you can bring your own boat. Alternatively you could rent one and enjoy exploring the many beautiful islands, restaurants and beaches only accessible by boat. Fishing off your own dock is always nice and relaxing but there are charters available for either flats or deep sea fishing for your pleasure. Southwest Florida is is famous as a boating paradise and Cape Coral is noted for its extensive waterways.
