Perfect location for enjoying Malibu's best beaches! Our townhouse is just across Pacific Coast Highway above Paradise Cove. This is the only cove in Malibu where the private boats moor. Walk or drive across the street to this cove and dine right on the scenic beach at an extremely popular restaurant featured on TV's Rachael Ray's Travel show. There are several fine restaurants within minutes and only three minutes away is our largest and most beautiful Zuma Beach. There is convenient grocery shopping nearby.
Our Romantic getaway has an expansive view from our living room, dining room and kitchen looking down over Paradise Cove and across the ocean to Catalina Island. Our three level, 1800 sq. ft. townhouse is built on a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi in our gated townhouse complex.
Our home is beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean Coastal style. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully remodeled with upscale appliances such as the Sub Zero refrigerator. The living room has a light, spacious feeling with a soaring wood beamed ceiling. Living room features a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and lovely bath with a deep soaking tub to relax in. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and bath and a small private patio. The loft/office has a fax machine and a DSL wireless internet connection.
Sorry, NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Because of glass cocktail table, breakables and open stair railings this property is not appropriate or safe for children under 8 years old.
