Just a 5 minute walk from restaurants Crabdaddy's, CrabTrap, Fiddlers, Beachcomber Barbeque, a local St Simon's brewery, The Pelican Market, The Still liquor store, Ocean Motion Bike and Kayak rental and so much more. St. Simons Village and Pier are just a short 10 minute bike ride. . Historic sites abound just a quick ride away. Stroll down a tree lined lane or partake of afternoon refreshments on 1 of 2 decks or a private patio.

This townhouse is completely renovated with new hand cast Mexican tile flooring and carpeting -new kitchen cabinets and appliances. All this is beautifully decorated with ocean and seaside motif- 1850 square feet of the best kept secret on Oak Street-SSI. Come and enjoy--create special memories for you and yours.

The first bedroom is on the bottom floor--it has queen size bed -adjoining it is private bath and large sitting room with day bed and queen sofa . In addition- a flat screened TV. The second floor is the living area-with spacious kitchen, eat-in bar, dining area and 52 inch TV There is also a large deck adjoining this room with a gas grill. Third floor is 2 bedrooms-each with own bath-both have queen beds and one has additional bunk bed. Both bedrooms have flat screened TV.s Balcony is off the master bedroom

There are 2 parking spaces accompanying our unit--3 vehicles can park very tightly or the 3rd can park horizontally at the end.

St. Simon’s Beach House

Perfect location and plenty of space for us to spread out! Walking distance to beach and King & Prince Resorts. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!

Our family loved this vacation rental! Our family beach trip for 20 years, everyone was comfortable with the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom space. Definitely one of our favorites.

Walk to everything you want in this great townhouse

This townhouse is in the most perfect location - close to everything (beach, restaurants, parks) & has a great patio, plenty of room for two families w/kids. The only thing that would make this rental better is if it had an outdoor shower (there was a hose for our feet but a shower would've been much easier!) Our only complaint was that the living room furniture and 1st floor felt damp the WHOLE time (we tried both air running/windows closed and windows open) and because the couch fabric is denim, it was kind of gross to sit on.
