Enjoy a brand-new, luxury, two-bedroom condominium on Skaha Lake in the sunny South Okanagan, first rented in 2005. You will be minutes away from popular Penticton with all its attractions, yet in a much quieter area with the small town ambience and charm of Okanagan Falls.
Located on the south end of Skaha Lake, you will be enjoying one of the mildest climates in Canada, with warm, dry weather and very high annual hours of sunshine. Skaha Lake is one of Canada's warmest lakes, and has sandy beaches for excellent boating, ailing, sailboarding, waterskiing, and swimming. As a reprise from the sun, you can laze under the huge willow trees on the lovely grassy areas.
The amenities in the area are endless. The property backs on to the Kettle Valley Railway Trail, which follows the western shoreline of Skaha Lake. Every summer Penticton hosts the famous Okanagan Hockey School and the world-class Ironman Canada Triathalon.
Spectacular golf courses, with the longest golf season in the Interior of British Columbia, incredible Okanagan orchards, over 30 commercial estate and farm wineries to savour, and, of course, the numerous lakes and beaches that the Okanagan is so famous for, all contribute to an unforgettable vacation experience. On days when you are tired of all the fun and sun, just go down one flight of stairs to enjoy a Gelatto or Italian meal, or browse through shelves of the local library.
When you are ready to wind down after a hard day's work doing nothing, come home to your brand-new oak kitchen with side-by-side refrigerator, ceramic cooktop in the island, dishwasher, and every appliance you need. Every detail has been meticulously thought of, from the copper bottom pots, to the luxury towels, to the 300-thread-count cotton sheets.
This air-conditioned unit has a comfortable, pillow-top, queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, a cozy double-size bed in the second, and an upgraded Simmons mattress on the queen-size sofabed in the living room. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling oak cabinet for storage, a shower, and a deep, comfortable tub for soaking. A generous-sized laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron also offer additional storage.
If you have time to squeeze in one more decadent experience, head down five blocks to the world-famous Tickleberry's Ice Cream Parlour and Gift Shop where you can savour the last rays of sunshine as you indulge.

We (Tom and Linda) live in Abbotsford, BC, about 3 1/2 hours from our condo in Okanagan Falls, BC. We have been married for 34 years, and have 3 grown children. We try to treat our clients the way we would like to be treated - you know, the Golden Rule?! Our goal is for you to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love staying at our condo - we just have to drive up, and everything we could possibly need is already there. The 3 minute walk to the beach is so enticing - even if you just want to go for an hour, it's so close. And the Kettle Valley Railway Trail on the other side of the building goes all the way into Penticton. There is so much to do - hiking, biking, sitting at the beach catching up on reading, or driving around exploring the back roads. Our clients say they also love all the wineries and golf courses. I don't thing we will ever get bored of things to do!

We just spent the last week in this wonderful condo. My husband and I were vacationing with our two teenage boys and the dog and found the place well equipped and well situated. We had a great bike ride to Oliver and a more challenging one to Penticton on the Kettle Valley trail. Nightly walks were a favourite! Would definitely recommend this place and hope to go back next summer!

This was our second time staying at this condo. Our family really enjoyed there and we are already planing to come back next summer not for one but for two weeks. Very clean, modern place with 2 minutes walk to warm Skaha lake and 10 minutes drive to Penticton. Owners are very caring and well organized people. We strongly recommend! Worth every penny!

I just wanted to write to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in OK Falls. Your condo is fabulous - the pictures really don't do it justice! It was so nice to come back at the end of the day to such a quiet, clean, beautiful spot. We're already talking about going back next year - but for at least a week (5 days just wasn't enough!) - and we're hoping to stay at your condo again! Thank you so much for contributing to our fabulous Okanagan vacation getaway!
