We offer several comfortable one-room studio apartments or 2-room apartments in the same builidng for one to six persons. (Prices shown below are for 2 persons for default saison in a 1-room studio apartment).
Apartments Vienna are situated very near the centre of the city of Vienna.
The building "Stuwerstrasse Nr. 35" in Vienna is located in a calm side street with many trees near the City of Vienna, and near the famous "Prater," which is not only the famous entertainment park, but also the so called "Green Prater" with many large meadows and high old trees near the Danube.
The apartments Vienna are very well tied up to the public transport system. The subway U2, station "Messe-Prater" you got in only 2 minutes walking distance from the apartments Vienna. The U2 takes you directly to the center of the city within 5 minutes.
You live in a calm and bright, one-room studio apartment of about 40m², or in a 2-room apartment with view on a tree in the third floor with elevator.
The accommodation is comfortably furnished, equipped for two to five persons with double bed, and two extra beds, table, chairs, cable TV and internet, a comfortable cosy corner, and shower. The comfortably furnished kitchen with stove and refrigerator invites to self supply and cooking, if you like.
All important implements such as table-ware, coffee machine, etc. are present. There is also a washing machine and an iron. Fresh bedlinen and towels are made available.
In case you come by car you can rent a place in the garage for an extra fee of 6.- Euro per day.

Apartment Vienna - Holiday Rental Near Center of City
Why the Owner Chose Vienna
Vienna is a big City. Why I bought my apartment in this special area ? I was born and raised in Vienna and I always loved this special area. It is situated close to the center of the city, it is perfectly tied up to public transport (subway only 2 minutes away from my apartment), you find a supermarket and all kinds of little stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and - last but not least - it is a green area with a lot of trees and parks, the river danube is very near, so this is what makes the area so livable and gives it a high living quality.
The building itself is about 100 years old. It has got thick walls and high ceilings. I think that all Viennese love this kind of apartments.

I wanted to rent this apartment, but it was not available. However Johanna found me another suitable place to stay. I enjoyed working with her immensely and the new apartment I stayed in was in excellent condition in a perfect location to everything I wanted to do! She made it easy for an international traveler such as myself to arrive in Vienna with the least amount of problems. If I am ever back in Vienna, I will definitely work with her again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.
