Hello Friends! The sugar-white sands and clear Emerald waters of the Destin, Fort Walton Beach area welcomes you! Our condominium is the epi-center for all of your vacation pleasures. Centrally located on Okaloosa Island, our upscale condominium is perfect for beach, sun, and fun! This high-end condominium is ideal for the vacationer wanting the very best!

Professionally decorated with a Tommy Bahama feel and previously owned by the developer, this unit has so many lavish perks! Travertine tile throughout, granite counter-tops in the kitchen, tumbled marble showers & marble counter-tops in the bathrooms, and a view of the Gulf that will keep you coming back every year. Perfect for honeymooners, a romantic get-away, or anniversary surprise week. This is an "extra's" condo that makes you feel like a King in a palace (leather chair perfect for the King/Queen).

LOCATION: We are conveniently located on Okaloosa Island. This island connects Destin to Fort Walton Beach. You get the best of both worlds at our location: 3 miles of natural beach and bay coastline on one side and sheer fun on the other side of the island with The Boardwalk, fishing pier, great seafood restaurants, comedy clubs, and the Gulfarium all within walking distance.

BEACHES: Tired of crowds of people on the beach? Our condominium sits on the edge of 4 miles of un-developed coastline. Your view is unobstructed and playtime on the coast is free from crowds of people. Unless you'd like to head to the Tiki bar and boardwalk and have some fun. Our beaches have also not been damaged by the hurricanes.

VIEW: Our view is the best around. Just look at the pictures! We have a curved balcony with views of the oceanfront, piers/boardwalk, and the pool with comfortable lounge chairs to watch the sun go down.

POOL AREA: There is an enormous 5,000 sq.foot pool, hot tub, kiddy pool, and amazing kiddy water playground with a view of the beautiful gulf and white sand beaches at Destin West. You will also have access to Destin West Bay Resort across the street (walk over to be completed in August) which has a 700 ft. lazy river, heated pool with a waterfall, 2 hot tubs, and a gradual decline pool for infants.

FUN: There are endless things to do on Okaloosa Island and the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area...deep-sea fishing, surfing, bike and jogging trails, boat launch, jet-skiing, snorkeling, diving, dolphin cruises, parasailing, kite-boarding, bowling, factory outlet mall, water Parks, sail boating, go-carting, theatres, and more.

The condo was so close to the ocean that we felt we were on the beach with all the comforts. We definitely would stay here again.   • The weather was perfect. We went fishing, caught crabs (blue) and ate them (Delicious) shopped, sunbathed, took long walks on the beach and relaxed. Saw dolphins-lots of them! An absolutely beautiful condo-we hope to bring our family with us the next time we visit! Thanks for everything!

  • Thank you for a wonderful vacation. It was our first time bringing our son to the beach. We were nervous about having a toddler in such a beautiful condo, but while beautifully decorated, it was very functional for a family! Restaurants close enough to walk to, the Gulfarium, the pools and the beach were all a bonus. The view is amazing, the condo is beautiful but comfortable, & the beach service is a HUGE benefit. The booking process was easy and we would highly reccomend this unit to anyone. Thanks again!
