Suitability
- Pet Friendly: Call to verify if this is a requirement for you. An early check out is required and an additional fee for us to get the carpets shampooed after your stay, so that it will be clean and allergan free for the next guest.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): three steps in front and back. No ramp. Call to verify if this is a requirement for you and we can build a ramp in the back. We will need to have two weeks notice.
- Kid Friendly: Perfect for kids. Not on the boardwalk so nothing to worry about the kids getting run into by bikers and skaters. Large area out back to feed the kids and keep the mess outside. Lots of room to lock up bikes. We provide beach toys.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Please no smoking inside, as our regular renters are allergic and we want to make sure they enjoy their stay, as well.
