Paris 3rd Arr. Situated in the Quartier Beaubourg (Pompidou center), rue Saint Martin the oldest street of paris. The apartment is arranged like a loft allow to modulate space, to open or close the lounge and create a second bedroom.
This apartment has been freshly renovated and refurnished, finished in 2006 by an Architect designer.
The contemporary design of this loft-like living space exhibits clean lines, attention to detail and careful colour coordination. The floor is in massive wood, the kitchen full equipped Manufactured in material zinc and the bathroom with toilet separated with floor sandstone ceramics.
The walls are covered with a material in Japanese straw.
A few steps from the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral, this little street is placed in one of the most youthful areas of Paris, the Quartier le Marais provided with numerous monuments and other points of interest, as well as a large choice of traditional and international restaurants, diverse pleasing cafes, and all kinds of conveniences.
Bright and smartly decorated this 35 square meter apartment is located on the 2th floor of a 18th century walk up building equipped with a security system and an intercom. Southwest exposed, it faces the silent courtyard, has three meter high ceilings, grey nuances mopped walls, and a nice parquet floor and three windows opening to the calm courtyard. It accommodates two couples and two children.
Furnished with the first bedroom with a double bed and several arrangements and a mirror, with the second double bed in the cupboard (Reads cupboard) you can transform part of the lounge into second bedroom with the mobile partitions. Also you can have a wide auxiliary double sofa bed (120 cm). For the equipment you have a cable TV, a stereo and player DVD, a telephone (an international pre-paid card is provided).
A top glassed dining table and four chairs split the open kitchen (two extra chairs are available). It is fitted out with two vitro ceramic burners, a combi microwave oven/grill, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a hood with fan, a stainless steel sink, a washer, dryer and dishwasher, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, in addition to the cupboards and drawers containing the necessary utensils.
The bathroom is placed to the right-hand side of the kitchen. There is a spacious tiled shower cabin screened by glass doors, a white ceramic washbasin with mirror above, and separated toilet.
The closest metro stations are Les Halles (line RER B) and Etienne Marcel (line 4).
