From the time you get up in the morning to dinner in the evening, you have a full-view of the Santa Rita Mountain. Both the Master bedroom and the living room have patio doors so you may enjoy this gorgeous view. The clean Desert Hills IV Community has a safe atmosphere with friendly neighbors and little traffic.
You are only one block to one of the many recreation centers available to you. The Recreational Center provides swimming, exercise, shuffleboard, classes, hot tub and tennis. You are in walking distance to a convenience store. The Elk's Club is also close by.
The townhouse is located off Camino Del Sol with several golf courses nearby. It is on an end unit so there will be lots of light coming through sky lights and windows. Never a gloomy day. Our home is 1188 sq. ft. and immaculate with a Southwestern decor. The home has been recently painted with updated colors.The kitchen area has a place to dine and also a dining room table and chairs in the dining room area. The kitchen has a new micro-wave oven.
The kitchen is large with the washer and dryer close-by. The master bedroom has large closets, dresser, TV with cable and a Queen size bed. The Master bath has an adjustable shower head. The Guest bedroom also has a desk and large closet. The bedrooms are separated by bathrooms for more privacy. Two twin beds are in the guest room.
Our townhome is fully furnished for your convenience. It also has a 1 car garage. Sit on the large brick patio and watch the colors change on the mountains into the evening. The large glass top table with 6 chairs makes it a fun place to entertain. Desert Hills IV is an age (55 plus) restricted community. At least one occupant has to be 55 years old to rent the home. Nearby is Tuscon and Mexico for a wide variety of shopping and cultural experiences.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for two months. It is just up the street fron a fabulous recreation center with pool, work out facilities, ceramics, jewelry, tennis and shuffleboard. The walking in the area is great! Lots of different routes all with great views of the mountains and golf course. Canoa Hills golf course is three minutes away. It is our favorite course and very reasonably priced. The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable in every way. Best of all it has a fantastic view of the Santa Rita Mountains! We loved having cocktails on the patio with the incredible view. It is an end unit so it is very private. We will stay there any chance we get!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

The first time we saw this home - we were in love with it! Everything in the home matches in the Southwest decor and is exceptionally clean. What a gift to share with others. All the light from the skylights and windows adds to a bright day even if it is cloudy. We know you will love it in this home in Green Valley. Come with the family for the holidays. They will love it.
