There is so much to do with all the events in the area...restaurants, entertainment, fishing, golfing, spas, museums, tubing, numerous shops...just too much to list them all.
The Fall activities include the Helen Oktoberfest festivities which begin weekends during the month of September and continue through the entire month of October.

The property was just as described the pictures dont do any justice- we had 4 couples and everyone had there own private space- the property was clean and totally equipped. . The owner was responsive and good to work with.We will definitely go back. Great Quick get away from Atlanta

Just spent a week with three other couples at this property. The house is completely misrepresented. It was dirty, the stove and oven had burned on food that had not been cleaned. The floors were not clean. There are several broken items, (chairs, drawers, doors, etc.) Several of the electrical outlets do not work. We replaced numerous lightbulbs. The cookware was unuseable, all burned black. The barbecue grill had no gas bottlle and someone had used charcoal in it. In order to get to one of the bedrooms you need to go through another couples bedroom. There was lots of personal food items left in the refrigerator and cupboards. We could not use the hottub because there was no ladder or steps to get in or out. I called the acting agent and did not get a reply. Since returning home I have emailed her, but have not heard back. I would not recommend this property. It would have been helpful if there had been reviews posted before we considered this rental.

My group LOVED staying at this house for our annual Oktoberfest weekend. It was so spacious and the weekend was nice enough to use the pool. The outdoor deck was great. The only downfall was the hot tub never warmed up, but we were okay with that since the weather was so beautiful. We will definitely be booking again for next year!

We rented this beautiful home for a long weekend to prepare for a wedding. Very spacious to accomadate family and guest visiting before the event.The pool and grounds were very well kept, as well as the home. We enjoyed the pool table as an indoor activity. The owner was extremely helpful and communicated in a very timely manner.

I rented this house for a week with my sons and their families and enjoyed it so much. The photos don't tell the story of how attractive the home really is. It was immaculate and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were sparkling! Just as the description stated, the property was near town, tubing and the water park as well as other family activities. I highly recommend this home as a getaway for large families or groups.

I am a return guest to this house! The first visit was with 13 other family members for my parents' anniversary. Very spacious and the pool is awesome. Second time was with friends and we had 12 people all together. We even had a surprise guest.... a bear came walking up in the yard while we were sitting by the pool. I would recommend this for house for large family or friend gatherings.
