The highlight of your vacation will be staying in a beautifully decorated Old World Nautical-style house. The house sits on 75 feet of beach. Open the door and you are on the BEACH. The blue waters and white sands of the Gulf beaches are pretty, soft, shiny, and clean - like trillions of tiny, tiny diamonds.
The house features two master suites with king-size beds on the beach side of the house. In addition there are three other bedrooms. One has a king bed; one has two single beds & one double bed; and the third has two queen beds. These arrangements allow for varying family types and sleep arrangements.
A unique wine bar overlooks the beach and is also a great place for morning coffee. Furnished with decorator style, antiques, and lots of sailing ships, these touches enhance your beach vacation and let you forget your worldly cares.
The house is very near the new Pier Park area and the new Panama City Beach Airport.

This house is perfect for large groups or families. We had 15 people ranging in ages of 2 years to 63 years old and everyone had plenty of room, privacy when they wanted it, and a beautiful ocean and sand to play. The house is furnished with everything you need including Wi-Fi for our teenagers who could not live without their PC game friends. The location to other places like Pier Park is convenient, far enough away that the traffic is not a problem, but close enough that you could go to the movies, shopping and still get back to enjoy the beach at sunset. We didn't eat out much due to the crowd and the large dining room table became our gathering place for morning and evening meals. It was one of the best vacations we've had in a long time. We will defnitely reserve us time again for future vacations.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
