Our tastefully furnished condominium has all the amenities to make your stay a memorable one. Full screened lanai, with plush patio furniture. Second floor, 1150 square foot condominium with elevator access. Lighted fans in bedrooms, living room, and lanai. Master bedroom has patio doors to lanai, a walk-in closet, and cable TV (40" flat screen in L.R.). Second bedroom has two twin beds, cable TV, and a full bath.
The condominium is a short walk from the beach. You can fish from a private pier on Anna Maria Sound, part of the Intra Coastal Waterway, and enjoy the lagoon with small mooring docks. Temperate year-round weather and island breezes make this a year round paradise. We know that you will be pleasantly surprised in your choice to rent our condominium. It is Florida at its best!

Year Purchased: 2005
We consider ourselves world travelers, but are happy to call Anna Maria Island home for part of the year. We have children and grandchildren in NY and Australia, so travel is in our horoscopes. We enjoy an active lifestyle and love being outdoors, walking the beach, kayaking,swimming,and exploring natural parks.
Why the Owner Chose Holmes Beach
In 2005, we circumnavigated around Florida trying to find the perfect spot to spend part of the year as recent retirees. Having visited Anna Maria Island over the past 30 years, we were delighted to still experience it as the 'old Florida' that we enjoyed and remembered.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love our LOCATION! We are not only on a barrier island accessed by two bridges, but we have convenient shopping across the street. We can walk (to sunset nightly) or bike anywhere on the island, and have a free trolley to return us home if we venture too far away or are too tired. Sarasota is as near as you like, with theatre, concerts, festivals, retaurants, and shopping (St. Armand's Circle) The Mote Aquarium is just down the next key (Longboat)

A great island location, with easy access to/from island and a short walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. Complex is approx 30 years old but has been very well maintained and owners of this unit have done considerable updating. Unit was well furnished, clean and bright with a desireable southern exposure but very limited view.We had a great holiday there and plan to return.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+.

We spent February and March in this comfortable, well appointed condo. We've rented on Anna Maria Island for a month for the past 5 years and have a good basis of comparison. The condo is very private but the complex is as social as you wish ( people are at the pool most of the time). It would be difficult to do much better given all the elements (price, condition, converience to beach and shopping).We liked it enough to reserve it for the same two months next year.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
