Our newly renovated and tastefully furnished condominium has all the amenities to make your stay a memorable one. Full screened lanai, with plush patio furniture. Second floor, 1150 square foot condominium with elevator access. Lighted fans in bedrooms, living room, and lanai. Master bedroom has patio doors to lanai, a walk-in closet, and cable TV (40" flat screen in L.R.). Second bedroom has two twin beds, cable TV, and a full bath.
The condominium is a short walk from the beach and Manatee Pier. You can fish from a private pier on Anna Maria Sound, part of the Intra Coastal Waterway, and enjoy the lagoon with small mooring docks. Temperate year-round weather and island breezes make this a year round get-away.
In our latest building inspection, the inspector commented that our condominium was the best he had seen all year! We know that you will be pleasantly surprised in your choice to rent our condominium. It is Florida at its best!
