Also, there is a balcony off the formal dining area and on the ground-floor there is a deck where a picnic area is set up overlooking the lake.
You will have access to covered boat slip, fishing pier, Gazebo, Swimming Pool, and Tennis Court all on the premises. The Condominium is less than half mile to Shangri-La's Country Club, Marina and minutes away from many fine restaurants. This neighborhood also borders the 18-hole, championship golf course of Shangri-La.
