For those who like a little shade,there is a gazebo with barbecue grills (barbecue utensils supplied) tables,chairs and umbrellas.

The condominium has three bedrooms with huge windows: The master bedroom with a king-size bed,chair,full dresser, flat panel tv and a full-size bathroom (shower with two molded seats) and a walk-in closet.The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with dresser w/mirror, a desk and chair. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds, dresser w/mirror and a walk-in closet.A second full-size bathroom with a shower and tub. Fully equipped kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. Flat panel tv in livingroom. You won't have to worry about finding a parking space or park in the hot sun, RESERVE PARKING SPACE under building is located near the unit.
All bedrooms,bathrooms and kitchen linens are provided as well as starter: kitchen soaps, dishwashing soap, paper towels,shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial soap, toilet paper, box of tissue, laundry soap, beach towels, iron and iron board. Unit is very clean and well maintained. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. FREE WI-FI.
If boating and fishing is what you enjoy, Fish Tales Marina is located next door for boat rentals and fishing supplies.Snook Blight Marina, located behind Publix, is also on the island.Our 60'boat slip is located next to condo,and is available for rent at an additional charge.Boat slip can be rented to anyone staying in Santa Maria Harbour. Drive or take the trolley, which stops in front of bldg, down to Times Square to restaurants and gift shops. Walk on the pier to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Rent bikes or scooters to do a little sightseeing or just walk across the street to the sandy beach. A short walk next door to Santini Plaza are shops,restaurants,subway sandwiches, post office and a drug store. Free movie rentals at public library.
For golfers, a public 60 par golf course is located next door. For those who like a little excercise, located on the island is Hammerhead Gym. Bay Oaks Recreation Center has a community kiddie pool with water works and special times set for adults on the lap pool and aerobics. Outdoor tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts are also available.
