Accommodations:  Four-Plex (4 separate units), 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4)

WEbster8 is a beautiful Spanish-style four-plex built in 1926, carefully restored over the past five years, while still retaining its original character and charm.

Each unit is exquisitely furnished with period antiques and reproduction pieces, crystal glassware, porcelain china and sterling silverware. All pieces were thoughtfully chosen and collected over many years of travel.

We have high-speed cable internet (cat5 and wireless), 3 TVs in each unit with over 400 channels to choose from. This is an ideal setup for a business person or entertainment-industry executive.

Weekly maid service is provided at no additional fee. Tenants have unlimited use of the garden and cabana area with 50" plasma, poker table, treadmill and weight-set. All utitilities, except phone, are included.

All units have two bedrooms, two baths, an eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen, private laundry room, dining room and living room. 2 bdrm units are 1650 sq. ft.

Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as a luxury hotel, with the privacy, convenience, warmth and comfort of your own home.

  • What a great place to stay in Hollywood! Our family of four was very comfortable in this lovely flat. Francine is the best and was helpful with anything we needed. The area is so quiet and safe, and convenient to everything. Our 9 and 11 year old had a wonderful time playing outside on the sidewalk and there were many young families living on the street. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay with Miss Francine!

  • Webster8 was more than we every imagined. We have stayed often in apartment rentals. None of them every came equipped like Webster8! There were fresh rose arrangements in three of the rooms when we arrived. There was every item needed or one could dream of in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The closet contained more than ample hangers, two laundry baskets, shoe polisher, clothes brush, rack for hanging belts and ties, chest of drawers, shelves for shoes, shoe horn. Each bathroom had not only a complete set of cleaning supplies that we never needed to use, because there was daily maid service....but many varieties of soap, loufa gloves, large absorbent towels, with many extras, shampoo, q-tips, medical supplies....and maybe even finger nail clippers, but because we brought our own, didn't have to look for. It was unbelievable.....fine china, sterling silver....wine, cordials. Actually it was better than being at home. The location is wonderful. Easy access to grocery stores, wonderful Larchmont Village, fine dining, and anything one would want or desire. Francie and Amanda were accomodating to our business needs and helped with printing documents, faxing, and locating a nearby notary for us. Our stay lacked nothing...a beautiful and serene garden, soothing water fountains, comfortable weather. Oh right, the weather wasn't up to Webster8....just wonderful Southern California. We'll return if we find the opportunity. Incredible!!!!
