You'll find all the amenities you can imagine including full house sound system, gorgeous sunset views, city lights and views of the San Francisco Bay.

West Coast Villa is an elegant 6500 square foot home and is ideal for large family groups traveling together, family reunions, corporate team building, sports teams, wedding guests and intimate family weddings, wedding receptions, corporate or political meetings, church group retreats and film or commercial shoots. West Coast Villa is located in Castro Valley, in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a perfect location for all of your sightseeing activities. This vacation rental home is nestled in the a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. The home has great views of the town of Castro Valley, the surrounding hills and the San Francisco Bay. We are located just two blocks from a shopping area including a grocery store (Supermarket and Deli), restaurants, fitness facility, Bank, and Coffee Shop. You will also find Costco, Trader Joe's and other stores nearby.
Check it out for yourself. Most San Francisco properties are much older. West Coast Villa underwent extensive remodeling and a large addition in 2005 conforming to all current building and safety codes. West Coast Villa consists of two attached homes to allow for absolute privacy, yet large enough for group interaction.
We offer 3 rental options for this house.
1. You can rent the entire home as an 8 bedroom estate. This option sleeps up to 23 guests.
2. You can rent just the 5 bedroom, 4 bath home called Villa I. Villa I sleeps up to 17 guests.
3. You can rent just the 3 bedroom, 3 bath home called Villa II. This option sleeps 6-7 guests.
The pricing is, of course, lower if you choose option 2 or 3.

We really enjoy living in Castro Valley because it offers many advantages over the city of San Francisco. Here's why. San Francisco is often clouded over in a thick fog. Castro Valley enjoys far more clear skies and warm sunshine. Parking is a major problem at most San Francisco properties. It's never a problem at West Coast Villa - and it's FREE! Most guests only spend a couple of days in San Francisco then travel to the surrounding areas for sightseeing. Look at a map and you will find that we are in the center of all of the sightseeing activities and freeway access is much easier from our location than fighting the bridges of San Francisco every day. We are three blocks away from freeway access. Don't misunderstand. You'll still want to go to San Francisco and enjoy the sights and attractions. Average time in San Francisco for our guests over the last three years? 2 days. The rest of the time most of our guests visit places like Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, Monterey, Carmel, Santa Cruz, San Jose, Livermore, Pleasanton and even Yosemite National Park. And for that West Coast Villas location is absolutely ideal. If your goal is to see the whole San Francisco Bay Area, West Coast Villa is the place to be. Get out of the San Francisco fog and enjoy this gorgeous vacation rental home.

You've gotta see "The Rock" then visit Alcatraz. Get your tickets early, even before you arrive in the San Francisco Bay Area.
This is definitely the tourist area of San Francisco. Visit here for a fun day, and enjoy the food, the sea lions, the sights and remember to dress in layers. It can get real cold in San Francisco.
If you feel like adventure, take the trip to Yosemite and see Bridal Veil Falls, Half Dome, El Capitan and drink in the beauty of this majestic place.
Another long day trip, but the viewing is great. Winter skiing and summer sun and fun.
California's State Capital. Visit the Railroad Museum, try your hand at another California Gold Rush - gold panning.
While your here visit the Winchester Mystery House, and just north of San Jose, Great America another Theme Park fun for older kids and up.
Monterey Bay Aquarium, Some outlet stores, Take a beautiful drive along the waterfront, out west to Pacfic Grove and around to Carmel. Walk the white sand beach at Carmel. It's beautiful.
If you like garlic, this is the garlic capital of the world. Garlic ice-cream anyone? Pick up some bargains at the dozens of outlet stores and while you're at it pick up a burger at In-N-Out Burgers.
Drive here and head south on Highway 1 to Santa Cruz. Beautiful coastal highway. If you're into deep sea fishing you can catch a boat out of Half Moon Bay.
