We want you to feel the same way in our luxury West Coast Villa II - a fabulous home built in 2005. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a luxurious home featuring many quality amenities. In each bedroom you will find a brand new comfortable queen size bed with luxury 500 thread count linens or better and high end comforters. This home easily accommodates up to six or seven guests. In addition to this we offer the adjoining Terraced Garden Suite for up to four more guests.

The home has great views of the town of Castro Valley, the surrounding hills and the San Francisco Bay. We are located just two blocks from a shopping area including a grocery store (Supermarket and Deli), restaurants, fitness facility, Bank, Coffee Shop, and numerous other shops.
West Coast Villa II is in the most convenient Castro Valley location for all your sightseeing adventures. We offer quick freeway access (3 blocks away)to speed you on your way. If your goal is to see the whole San Francisco Bay Area, West Coast Villa is the place to be. Get out of the San Francisco fog and enjoy this gorgeous vacation rental home.
It offers approximately 1500 square feet of living space and it is conveniently located in Castro Valley at the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area with easy access to all San Francisco Bay Area sights including San Francisco (Alcatraz, Fisherman's Wharf, the Golden Gate Bridge and more), Monterey, Carmel, Silicon Valley, Pleasanton, Berkeley and the Napa Valley. We are also within one mile of the Castro Valley BART station (Bay Area Rapid Transit) for easy access to San Francisco sights and other Bay Area facilities by Rapid Transit.
Locals enjoy Lake Chabot for small boating and fishing. There is easy access to East Bay Regional Parks with over 1000 miles of hiking trails. The area also has plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. We are centrally located to many fun places for the whole family including the Oakland Zoo in Knowland Park, Paramount's Great America (Fremont), Six Flags Marineworld (Vacaville), Six Flags Waterworld in Concord and Golden T Golfland and arcade in Castro Valley.
Nearby cities include Oakland (ten miles away) a city boasting Major league baseball, football, and basketball. Enjoy great day trips to the wine country of Napa, Sonoma or to the coast at Half Moon Bay, Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel. Come and enjoy your stay!
This two story home has a full bedroom suite on the first floor with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second floor living area includes the main bedroom suite with a walk-through double closet and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom has access to the private deck and rear gardens. There is a third full bathroom as well. This home comes complete with laundry facilities featuring a top of the line washer and dryer.
The home is tastefully decorated with imported Italian porcelain tile floors, plush carpeted bedrooms and living room, a custom designer kitchen featuring imported maple cabinetry with a rich cherry stain. Top of the line appliances include a gas range, a convenient microwave, a Meile Dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water.
The open floor plan includes an open kitchen, eating area and living room (or great room as it is sometimes called). The dining area includes a table with seating for 4-8 people, with vaulted ceilings. The living area includes a built in entertainment center and a bed & breakfast style gas fireplace built in to matching maple cabinetry.
TERRACED GARDEN SUITE
We opened an addiitonal suite in 2006 to accommodate larger families or group travel. Our Terraced Garden Suite is an adjoining suite with a separate private entrance. It is a large, comfortable suite with two Queen size beds, a large walk-in closet and a bathroom. It has its own TV/DVD and sitting area. This suite can be rented by itself (for up to 4 people), or in combination with West Coast Villa II. The special rate is just $129-$159 per night depending on the season. There is an additional kitchenette in this suite with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker.
