The Grace Brothers grew up in this 50's home, which has been newly transformed into a fabulous beach house mixing the old and the new. The son-in-law architect, Ashley Hefner, has used the old wooden floors and original fireplace while incorporating modern design features such as cathedral ceiling addition - all the trappings of a designer beach house!
In addition to all of the amenities provided, the house is located a block off the ocean and three blocks from Center Street where there are good restaurants and music spots. Take a bike ride or enjoy long walks on the beach. The boating, fishing, golfing, shopping, historic sites and surfing are among the best in the Charleston, South Carolina area. Pack your bags and come stay at our place!
Folly Beach is not known as the "Edge of America" for nothing! It is South Carolina's answer to Florida's Key West. Fine dining and fun music in an eclectic atmosphere with Charleston's allure only 15 minutes away!
