Carlsbad is a fantastic beach for small children. One of the greatest qualities of Carlsbad is that it is not overly crowded. The beach is clean and has great sand to play in. The water is not to rough; in fact the water is typically pretty shallow for a while before it starts to get deep. Our property is only a short hop to the beach. The address of our property is 140 Hemlock Ave. in Carlsbad 92008. So to get to the beach you would only walk two houses down and cross the Carlsbad Blvd./ Coast Hwy 101 to the beach entrance.

This townhome is very convenient for beach lovers. You can see the ocean from the front door and upstairs deck. The beach is literally just a few steps away. Very easy to carry your beach gear!
Downtown is just a short walk, where you can find restaurants. Walk along the boardwalk or on the sand. Both are great options! It’s also very convenient 5 minute drive to Legoland.
This townhome has a lot of space. There’s a generous living room and dining area. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are pretty big. The master has its own deck and view of the ocean. The second bedroom has 2 double beds; great for families or small groups.

Why not! We loved Carlsbad so much, we wanted to give others the opportunity to vacation in a home.........close to the beach, walking distance to the village, good size for their family and still keep it at a family bargain price. Hope you enjoy our Carlsbad home.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
As I mentioned.....we love people! So, in staying at our property, you'll have the opportunity to meet some great families. Our building has a total of three units.......all of which have there own private entrance, private balcony and pretty quiet if you keep to yourself.
But if your like us, there will be perfect sunshine days to BBQ, lounge in the grass area and gaze at the ocean blue, play kick ball in the driveway, enjoy a glass of wine on the porch or balcony......all while enjoying the beautiful people of Carlsbad.
Lots of wonderful shopping and dinning. Don't forget to bring your camera!
Legoland: not just for the kiddies...there some entertaining shows that even the grownups can enjoy!

My husband and I are celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary this year, Feb 5th 2012. My Husband, Major, has been self employed for over 26 years with Major's Professional Mobile Home Services (Major PMS!). I am a stay at home mom "my full time job" to my two beautiful children, Matthewmark (3) and Daisy Pearl (1). My second job is taking care of folks like you and our Carlsbad property of 8 years.
