A 5 acre beachfront resort in South Kihei where the worlds best sunsets rule the island.
Remodeled & spacious condo in building A, the sunnier of the 2 buildings on the resort. Tastefully decorated & furnished to give you a comfortable vacation away from home.
Our ground level location gives you direct access to the awesome large 60 ft pool, jacuzzi, beach, gardens, bbq area, tennis courts and tropical fountain. Very convenient!
Fully equipped kitchen plus laundry machines inside the unit.
For entertainment there is a DVD/CD system, TV and some games. Condo is fully airconditioned plus has ceiling fans. We provide all towels & linens, a beach cooler & umbrella.
Children can play directly in the garden straight from the lanai or swim in the large pool. Relax by the pool (located oceanside),work on your tan, jog or walk on the long stretch of beach, meditate by the tropical fountain or have meals on the lanai and a picnic on the beach, in the afternoon go windsurfing or kitesurfing when the winds pick up...or venture out to nearby world-class beaches in Kihei, Wailea & Makena.
The modern Kihei Aquatic Center is a few minutes away and is free to the public. The center boasts an Olympic-size pool, 50 meter pool, and a kid's pool with wading fountain. A short distance away are three championship 18 hole golf courses. Reasonable and also upscale restaurants offering local and four-star cuisine are nearby. The town of Wailea with upscale shopping is just 8 minutes away by car.

Our two boys were able to run around outside while we sat out on the lanai with the baby. My husband walked into your unit and was impressed right off the bat. Everything in your unit was so nice. The grounds were manicured and clean at all times. The suite was supplied with more than one would expect and also very clean. My wife and I went to Maui in early December to celebrate our honeymoon. We stayed at Caroline's Maui Sunset condo in South Maui in sunny Kihei. Let me begin by saying that pictures do not do it justice. The location of the condominium is central to all kinds of shopping and activities including gift shops, grocery stores, fine dining, pharmacies, open markets and some of the best snorkeling and turtle viewing beaches.
The Maui Sunset has many fantastic amenities to offer its guests and residents. The pool area is large and always has plenty of sunny seating....The condominium provided more conveniences than were to be expected. The look was very modern and up to date and included several appreciated amenities such as a new TV, a full kitchen complete with all varieties of both utensils and cookware, plenty of comfortable living and dining room furniture and a cozy patio. --Aaron & Meghann Sandone; San Mateo, CA

We really enjoyed our visit to the island and are already planning a return trip. we are thinking of staying a month next year. what would be the rate on your unit for 30 days or so?? The condo was perfect for us, we especially liked that it was ground floor. our 2 year old daughter could just go out the door and play with other children in the complex and we could just watch from the patio or living room. I cant think of anything that would have made it any better of a unit. we used some of the toys and beach umbrellas. we cooked lots of meals at the condo so it was well equipped for that. we had fairly good weather except one day it rained over 3 inches!! a new record for maui in one day. thanks again and enjoy the season!! chuck, angela, and charlotte hoffman dayton, oregon

Caroline, we had a fantastic time in Maui and your condo was wonderful! The Maui Sunset is the perfect place to stay with kids. Although it was spring break and the place was pretty full, there were no loud evening parties and we couldn't hear our neighbors. Everyone hanging out at the pool or in the center courtyard were extremely nice and there was lots going on, but when you closed the sliding glass doors, you effectively blocked out any noise. That's perfect when your traveling with young kids who are going to bed at 7pm (also great for adults without kids, who don't have to listen to them running around at 5am in the morning!). I loved being on the ground floor, so that we could sit on the porch and watch the kids as they ran around outside. Your condo had all of the things we needed, plus some nice touches - the grass mats and boogie boards, the blender for mixed drinks. Thanks so much for making our trip to Maui such a delight!
