My wife and I wanted to celebrate our first wedding anniversary at a tropical destination and what better place than Maui, Hawaii. All the times that we spent in Maui we have always stayed at the Maui Sunset. Their grounds are absolutely immaculate, they are located fairly central to all amenities and activities, and having two bathrooms is an added bonus. There are simply too many great things to say about the place but you have to be there to experience it first hand. Mahalo once again Caroline, your condo felt like home away from home.

We have visited Maui several times and always prefer to stay at the Maui Sunset. Caroline's condo is my favorite. Nice ground floor unit decorated very nicely with a perfect lanai for having our morning coffee and relaxing after a busy day. Everything was perfect in the condo! We can't wait to visit again.

Aloha Caroline,We had a great time visiting your condo earlier in the month. We’ve been home for a week but the kids still talk about Hawaii. We had a great visit – some of the highlights were the drive up to the peak at Haleakala, the Reefdancer out of Lahina, the Ioa valley, and the excellent Aquarium. Your condo at Maui Sunset was very nice. The direct access to the grass for the kids to play, and the proximity to the pool was very convenient. We spent a lot of time at the pool. We really enjoyed our visit to the island and are already planning a return trip. we are thinking of staying a month next year. what would be the rate on your unit for 30 days or so?? The condo was perfect for us, we especially liked that it was ground floor. our 2 year old daughter could just go out the door and play with other children in the complex and we could just watch from the patio or living room. I cant think of anything that would have made it any better of a unit. we used some of the toys and beach umbrellas. we cooked lots of meals at the condo so it was well equipped for that. we had fairly good weather except one day it rained over 3 inches!! a new record for maui in one day. thanks again and enjoy the season!! chuck, angela, and charlotte hoffman dayton, oregon

Caroline, we had a fantastic time in Maui and your condo was wonderful! The Maui Sunset is the perfect place to stay with kids. Although it was spring break and the place was pretty full, there were no loud evening parties and we couldn't hear our neighbors. Everyone hanging out at the pool or in the center courtyard were extremely nice and there was lots going on, but when you closed the sliding glass doors, you effectively blocked out any noise. That's perfect when your traveling with young kids who are going to bed at 7pm (also great for adults without kids, who don't have to listen to them running around at 5am in the morning!). I loved being on the ground floor, so that we could sit on the porch and watch the kids as they ran around outside. Your condo had all of the things we needed, plus some nice touches - the grass mats and boogie boards, the blender for mixed drinks. Thanks so much for making our trip to Maui such a delight! We spent 3 wonderful weeks in Hawaii with the first stop being your condo at Maui Sunset. It was better than we imagined! Your unit is beautiful and the grounds are so well maintained. The "extras" were great. The cooler and beach chairs were put to good use. Anything we needed was available. Sunsets on the beach were fantastic! We traveled to 2 other islands and even though the other condos were nice, they couldn't top A-107 at Maui Sunset! We hope to return. My wife and I went to Maui in early December to celebrate our honeymoon. We stayed at Caroline and Les’ Maui Sunset condo in South Maui in sunny Kihei. Let me begin by saying that pictures do not do it justice. The location of the condominium is central to all kinds of shopping and activities including gift shops, grocery stores, fine dining, pharmacies, open markets and some of the best snorkeling and turtle viewing beaches. The Maui Sunset has many fantastic amenities to offer its guests and residents. The pool area is large and always has plenty of sunny seating. The hot tub is the perfect way to end a busy day and this entire area is a great place to meet other guests and residents, some of whom offer great tips on what to see and do while on the island. The Maui Sunset also employs wonderful activity coordinators that made our stay in Maui more than memorable. After attending the complimentary breakfast and orientation given at the activity kiosk on our first morning at the condominium, we were able to plan and pay for all the activities that we wanted to do while in Maui. These activity coordinators were one of our most appreciated services because we were able to make informed choices about local activities without leaving the Maui Sunset. The condominium provided more conveniences than were to be expected. The look was very modern and up to date and included several appreciated amenities such as a new TV, a full kitchen complete with all varieties of both utensils and cookware, plenty of comfortable living and dining room furniture and a cozy patio. As a final touch, Caroline provided brochures and guides for your use while exploring the island, as well as several games to entertain in the evenings. Lastly, be sure you set your alarm, as the bedroom is conducive to great sleep. Because of a wonderful bed and the AC providing white noise you will want to ensure that you are not late to any of the fabulous activities you have planned during your wonderful stay in South Maui. Thanks so much for such a comfortable home to spend a lovely month here on Maui. The Maui Sunset complex is just wonderful. It has been an eventful month. We had a tsunami watch and the Kona winds have been blowing the last week. Whales are quite active now and we have seen many in the Wailea/Makena area. Hookipa beach above Paia has awesome surf waves around 20 foot high right now. We have used the bbq grills and have not eaten out a lot. We have had a marvelous time. I just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely wonderful time at your condo. We have young children and it was just the perfect place for them. Our two boys were able to run around outside while we sat out on the lanai with the baby. My husband walked into your unit and was impressed right off the bat. Everything in your unit was so nice.
