Our luxurious 4 bedroom waterfront condo comes with its own private boat dock. Exquisitely furnished for the most discerning traveler, our condo comes fully equipped with top of the line appliances, dishes and kitchen furnishings, granite countertops and of course a beautiful view of the river.
The dining room table has seating for eight, counter seating and the living room glass doors open onto our deck overlooking the Spokane River.
Enjoy a day on the lake and cruise down the river to your own private boat dock and luxurious condo, bbq on the deck, watch videos from our library or just share the sunset by the fireplace or smaller balcony overlooking the courtyard.
All beds are queens with luxury 400+ count linens and comforters. Oversized towels are also provided. No detail has been overlooked.
You are just 11 minutes by boat to CDA Lake or 15 minutes by car, just off i-90 on the Spokane Street exit.

Your home is everything advertised and more. There is a touch of class in every room and we appreciate your thoughtful attention to every detail. We have now decided to go home and replace our kitchen with yours, our cookware with yours and our bathrooms with yours. It was a fun filled week of boating, parasailing, hiking, theme park adventures and more. With this great kitchen we prepared gourmet meals and saved lots on dining out. We enjoyed photographing eag les and river otters from our front deck. Wow!"
