Why not have the luxury of your own place at the beach? Enjoy this furnished second floor bayside 2 Bedroom condo within walking distance of the beach (approx. .6 miles). The condo offers 2 Queen size beds and one twin bed, along with a full size sleeper sofa. One bathroom has a full size tub, while the other has a shower stall.
Full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and sit-down kitchen table, along with a washer and dryer. The condo has central air. However, all rooms have a ceiling fan and there are front and back windows for good circulation, if you prefer windows over AC. The living room has a DVD player, with TV game system hookup.
Plus, the condo has two assigned off-street parking spaces. This is a great BAYSIDE location on 28th Street in Ocean City, close to amusements for the kids (Jolly Rogers), restaurants and close to the inlet and other activities. The boardwalk and trolley service start at 27th street with public restrooms available.
A short drive can take you to North Ocean City or Reheboth for additional outlet shopping, movies or other activities. Try us out and then return every year for your Ocean City vacation!
Linens and toiletries are not provided. You must bring your own.
A $50 cleaning deposit is required. General household cleaning is required, bathrooms, kitchen, floors. A specific list of requirements can be sent. The deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure if cleaning is satisfactory. (This is subject to change, if I can arrange for a cleaning service for the summer.)
