Newly tiled throughout and new carpet in the two Guest Rooms. The kitchen is beautiful..new granite counters, lighting, all new stainless appliances. Master bedroom has new Tommy Bahama furniture, a queen bed, and a Plasma TV hanging on the wall.
Both bathrooms have new granite, new shower enclosures, lighting, cabinets,sinks, wallpaper and paint. Twin beds in the Guest room and a Murphy bed in the Den. From the furniture to the paper towel holder...the entire condo has been transformed into a beautiful bungalow across from a breathtaking beach!
Barefoot Beach is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in South Florida. Across the street is a quiet, heart-stopping, five mile beach. After enjoying a stunning sunset from your screened in lanai, Bonita Beach offers incredible restaurant choices.
If golf is your passion there are 26 public courses within 20 miles. The beach offers rentals of all kinds...wave runners and parasailing. Naples is 25 minutes south of Barefoot Beach and has quaint boutiques and many wonderful restaurants with the "relaxed" pace you live and breathe in South Florida.
