This great house is located in South Central Naples. It's just a 5-10 minute drive from Naples' beautiful downtown area, with Waterfront and Elegant 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. White sandy beaches, spectacular sunsets, deep sea fishing, tennis, and over 50 golf courses.
The private south facing pool home features a large covered lanai/patio and large solar/electric heated pool. Perfect for cooling off and outdoor dining. A gas barbeque is provided for your dining needs. The house, located in a gated community, is fully equipped - air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms.
A fully equipped Kitchen overlooks the dining area and Large centrally located Living Room. This area looks out over the Lanai/pool area and the sliding doors can be opened up to make the living room and Lanai area one space. GREAT for entertaining!
The King-sized bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bathroom and large walk-in shower. This room also has access to the pool/lanai area through sliding glass doors. A cozy seating area is located on the patio, right outside this room.
Queen Bedroom #1 has it's own private bath and entrance to the pool area. It also has a cozy seating area for two, on the patio outside the private entrance door.
Queen bedroom #2 shares a full size bathroom with the Twin bedroom which sleeps 2. All rooms have dressers and large closets.
In the front of the home,off the foyer,is a tastefully decorated, comfortable Den/Lounge area. This room has a TV/PlayStation combination and a variety of games and reading material supplied.
The home is professionally cared for throughout the year.

Why the Owner Chose Briarwood
We found the area has attractions that keep us outside and active. We love the climate, the people and the pace of life. There is enough to do to keep us engaged and busy but not so busy that we feel we are living in a tourist town.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love have a relaxing morning breakfast at poolside, listening to the many birds. Going for a walk early morning and/or late afternoon is alway a great way to meet people and get exercise. We also love to play tennis at one of the two courts in our community. The people are so friendly and warm. We really feel at home here.
Historic Naples Pier. Great place to people watch, see dolphins, and a beautiful sunset
Goodland is the starting point for many different types of day trips, from everglades air boat rides, to nature tour buses deep into the everglades.

We grew up in Michigan, and fell in love with Naples about 8 years ago during a visit. We bought our Naples home, and plan to retire to the area in the next couple of years. We found that the area is a lovely quiet place, to enjoy the sun, beach, culture and nature. We visit Naples every couple of months and find that we are just as excited to come "home" as the first time we visited. We love to share our home with friends and family. I never rented a home before. We always stayed in a hotel on our yearly visit to Naples. I also was leary about renting sight unseen but when I entered your home I was very happy.
