  Great place to vacation for a family. Short walking distance to the beach. Pools were good size for both adult and child use. Condo was clean and kitchen had plenty of supplies to do all our cooking. Throughout the entire process, owner was very responsive. Looking forward to another visit.

• An Amazing vacation

  We had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. The condo was great, clean, convient to the beach, resturants, shopping. We plan on staying there again next year. We went parasailing and we took a dolfin cruise. We saw a large school of Dolfins just sitting the beach. The condo had chairs to take to the beach umbrella and some floats to use. It was like being at home but better.. October is the perfect time to go because there was not a lot of tourist at the beach or we did not have to wait in line for anything. We ate at Shuckers( must go there if you like oysters and sitting on the water) there are also shops at The Wharp. I will plan on returning to the condo next year.

  Great vacation, the place where we stayed was great, close to beach, about 4 miles from seafood fest, very clean. We will be going back to the same place next year for the seafood fest 2013. But next year we are going to stay a week. Thanks.

  We spent a week at this condo and I must say it was wonderful. Not sure why someone would give it a bad review (guess its because they decided to go to the beach during a hurricane). The weather was great during our stay. The kitchen is very well equiped with pots/pans/crock pot/coffee pot, etc. Large balcony, which was great for eating our meals. We really had a great time with our family just enjoying a little fun in the sun. Putt-putt golf just across the street (a must do while at the beach) . We just cant imagine staying anywhere else. LOVED IT! We had not problems booking this unit. The owners were great to deal with. Look forward to spending more time here. Thanks again for the amazing week and allowing us to stay at your condo.

  With Hurricane Isaac approaching the owner insisted that he talked to maintenance personal and it was business as usual and wouldn't consider a refund.Upon arrival we found no phone/internet service, closed indoor and outdoor pools,closed restaurants and multiple businesses, power issues(going on and off) and being awakened at 4:30am by heavy equipment cleaning debris from beaches and roadways. Beaches were covered in jelly fish and double red flags/singles red flags. No elevators. Only one other person braved the complex(1100) block in which we were staying. One day was partially sunny and the cleaning person was promptly there at 11am to make sure we were checking out. We lost a day to mandatory evacuation Tues and we expect a refund for the loss but haven't heard from the owner. When we call his number a recording says "The person at this number is not accepting calls at this time" At least the TV works when power is on. Hardly a good reason to travel 7 hours for a few days of TV viewing. Won't be back to this location for a while.

  Owner response: We are very sorry that the hurricane made your visit less than pleasurable. As for your allegations, we were never asked for a refund. You asked whether or not one was available and I told you by phone that it would be your call. I then gave you the information that I had. The only knowlege that I had of the conditions in Orange Beach were from my maintenance company that I contacted and the Orange Beach Police Department. I was told by both that it was open for business. I informed you that I was reporting what they said and invited you to call them and ask for yourself. You appeared to be eager to make your visit. While there was no mandatory evacuation during the time of your scheduled visit, I plan to refund your unused portion of your visit when you supply me with an address that I may use to send the refund. I have asked for this twice by email and have left a telephone message for you. I have not received any messages from you. Refunds have been sent for the deposit and even the day you delayed in starting your visit.

  I would like to recommend this condo if you are looking for an afordable place to stay in Orange Beach, very clean, and very comfortable. Perfect for our girls getaway everything we needed it was either there or just down the road. I hope to come back real soon...

  Condo was very clean and provided amenities were nice including a very sufficient kitchen. Lots of room for everyone to eat together and relax together. Patio is very large and many beach toys, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc are provided for your use at the beach to cut down on items needed to pack. Owners are very informative and prompt with answers, deposit refunds, etc and provide an excellent overview for you prior to the trip. Very family oriented environment with lots of kids at the complex and pool so if you're planning a girls getaway take into account how "rowdy" your group may get ;)

  We had a great time at the beach. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Their condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend a sunset dolphin cruise. It wasn't hot then, and it was beautiful. Our whole vacation was fun and relaxing. I hope to stay in this condo again!

  We were very pleased with the more than accurate description and photos of this condo. From the time we walked in the door, we felt right at home. Everything was easily accessible, including the beach, pools and tennis courts. Close to shopping, grocery stores, parasailing, and wonderful restaurants. We strolled down to the beach and were able to enjoy the amazing fireworks display at the Gulf Pier. Needless to say, my daughters were mesmerized. Thanks again for an awesome vacation!!! :-)
