When you enter this lovely third floor condo, all your cares will drift away. The kitchen is nicely decorated and well-stocked with many appliances. Just a quick trip to the nearby grocery store is all you need to make a gourmet meal for you and your family.
The living room has two large, cozy recliners and a COMFORTABLE queen size sleeper sofa. There is a big TV equipped with a VCR as well as a DVD player/stereo.
Tennis rackets, beach and pool toys and board games are provided.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. A set of twin beds are in the second bedroom. Crisp, clean and soft sheets are on all the beds. Soft, FLUFFY towels are in each of the two full bathrooms. One bath has a hairdryer for your use. There is a TV provided for each bedroom. Also included in the condo is a stacked washer and dryer.
This family friendly condo is located on the private tennis villas and is very convenient to shopping, entertainment and restaurants.
Since our condo is located in Seaside Beach and Racquet Club, a gulf front complex, there is no busy street to cross to get to the beach. Instead, there is a private walkway straight down from the condo that will lead you right to the sugar white sands.

We have been coming down for 22 years and have lots of wonderful memories. This is our 17th year at Seaside. We really enjoy and look forward to renting this condo each year. See you next year!

We have stayed is this unit for a few years now and really enjoy and appreciate the accommodations in this condo. The owners changed this past year but everyone was very helpful in making arrangements for our stay this year. I really like the new comforters in the second bedroom because it lightens up the room considerably. I enjoy cooking and appreciate that the kitchen is very well equipped and maintained. We enjoy riding bikes on all the trails in the area, and use the fitness room and the indoor pool. We were disappointed the sauna was not available this year because my husband does enjoy using it. We enjoyed lunch at Cosmo's with friends passing thru the area. We also had some of our son-in-laws fish that he caught, prepared for us at Fish Camp and that was a very fun experience this year. The grandchildren always enjoy seeing the Blue Angels fly on Tuesday & Wednesday and have spent time in the Museum there.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We have enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked. The decor is very inviting. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The unit was clean when we arrived. The management company is very responsive. We couldn't ask for any more comfort while away from home. We are looking forward to returning here next year. The people here make you feel welcome.
