Located in the beautiful tennis villas of Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. 3rd fl. with choice of elevator or steps! When you open the front door, I dare you not to think or say out loud, "Ohhhh this is NICE!!" Classy, comfy, the perfect getaway. There's a king bed in the Master bedroom, a set of twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen pull out COMFORTABLE sofa sleeper. Two full baths, your own stacked washer and dryer right in the unit! Crisp clean 420 sheets on all the beds, fluffy SOFT towels and linen service for six guests! The kitchen rivals my own at home with everything you could possibly need. Three tvs, two VCR's and one DVD player along with a stereo covers all the entertainment too.
With TWO outdoor pools that are huge and open and ready for lots of family fun!The indoor pool, steam room and sauna are waiting for you. The exercise room has state of the art cardio and weight training equipment, complete with individual TV's for you to watch while you work out!
Now you can vacation at a full amenity beachside resort and still have enough money left over to enjoy the activities there! Because this unit is on the GULF SIDE, not GULF FRONT, my rate is lower and the best spot on the beach for the money! No streets to cross to get to the ocean, just about 175 adult steps on a private walkway gets you this better rate for your money. From your 3rd floor living room you have a pleasing view of Perdido Beach Blvd. From the kitchen, a great view of the tennis courts. You are moments away from the indoor pool, sauna, & exercise room, and just a tad bit further away from the outdoor pools and ocean. (Again, the 175 feet to the beach!) Step out on the private balcony (off the living room OR master bedroom), and there is the ocean view! Sit on the balcony glider with a cold one and look at the ocean!
My rates allow your budget leeway to dine at one of the fine nearby restaurants, (across the street from Bubba's and Jake's) splurge at the arcade, go cart, miniature golf course across the street, book a scuba diving charter, or a dinner/dolphin cruise. Don't spend all your money LOOKING at the ocean-SAVE a few dollars on the condo rent price and enjoy the amenities!
