Beautiful, luxury 4 bedroom townhome rented on a limited basis and meticulously maintained by the owners. Very private and quiet wooded location but only a short 3 - 5 minute walk to all of the action and activities of the center village. Ski-in, ski-out mountain access in the winter; tranquil sounds of Ten Mile Creek flowing just beyond the patio in the summer.

Lift ticket and lodging packages available, with more options and better prices for guests who reserve prior to Sept 30 each year.

2009/2010 season upgrades include: new hot tub, new mattresses on all beds and new washer and dryer.

2010/2011 season upgrades include: All new bed spreads, pillows and sheets. New towels in every bathroom. Three new chairs in the living room and new game table with four pull out stools on the main floor. Repainting of the main floor with addition of art work throughout the townhome.

The townhome encompasses three floors on an end unit with many windows, surrounded by a magnificent evergreen forest and adjacent to a unit that is mostly vacant and occupied only intermittently by owners. The unit has in-floor heating throughout and includes a conveniently separated floor plan with two bedrooms on the top (3rd) floor, open kitchen and living area on the main (2nd) floor and two bedrooms on the ground (1st) floor. Speakers with on/off capacity located in all rooms to enjoy music from iPod docking station.

Top (3rd floor) bedroom #1 master suite has a king sized bed attached 5 piece bath, 2 sinks, jetted tub, glass enclosed shower. A princess balcony allows you to reach out and touch the forest.

Top (3rd floor) bedroom #2 queen size bed, attached full bath with tub and shower, private balcony with amazing sunset views of the Gore and Ten Mile mountain ranges.

Main living area (2nd floor) open kitchen, dining, living area with 1/2 powder bath. Cozy moss rock fireplace and hickory wood floors. Luxury kitchen with granite countertops, tile floor, stainless steel appliances and 5 burner gas cooktop. Butler/bar area includes granite countertop, wine cooler and sink. Attached balcony with patio table and side chairs. Flat screen, wall mounted 42" plasma TV with satellite service, and surround sound including an iPod docking station. Living room couch opens to a queen size sleeper sofa.

Ground (1st floor) bedroom #3 king size bed with attached full bath with tub and shower. This bedroom is surrounded with windows and tucked into the evergreen forest. There is a TV/DVD in the armoire.

Ground (1st floor) bedroom #4 has child size (standard twin length but about 4 inches narrower than standard twin width) Murphy bunk beds that fold down from the wall. When the Murphy beds are folded up, this room serves as a comfortable sitting room with a couch, chair and wall mounted TV/DVD.

A beautiful, large patio is located off of bedroom #4 and includes patio furniture, a ski locker and a private 6 person hot tub. This patio is the main ski in/out access to Copper Mountain and includes a security door with key pad lock - a private, confidential PIN code is provided for each reservation so guests never have to worry about keys for access; each member of your party can come and go easily.

The main hallway of the ground floor includes a small galley wet bar with tile floor, granite counter-top, microwave, mini-refrigerator, mini-dishwasher, convection toaster oven, coffee maker and two burner cooktop. The opposite end of the ground floor provides access to the attached 2 car underground heated garage.

The townhome is located in a complex called Union Creek Townhomes. Please see the web address below for a pdf map of the resort. The Union Creek Townhome complex is located in the Union Creek area near the west end of the resort, along the creek.

To reach the slopes, guests can walk directly south from the complex, across the creek (about 70 to 100 steps total) put on equipment and ski down to the American Flyer lift. This provides excellent access to all intermediate and advanced areas of the mountain. A short jaunt to the west of the townhome puts you directly into the beginner's area and ski school. To return to the townhome, guests can ski or board almost directly to the back patio.
