  This being our first trip to Myrtle Beach, we wanted a quiet retreat after days filled with activity and sightseeing. This newly redecorated property more than fit the bill! It is within walking distance of the beach, yet very secluded and quiet among dense trees and foliage. Parking right by the door is a plus. The layout was tasteful, comfortable, and all furnishings top-notch. Kitchen was clean and had all that we needed to make quick meals or snacks. The owners thoughtfully provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and enough towels to keep us happy. The bedrooms were luxuriously appointed and we liked the small patio off the master. The baths were spotless! The owners were easy to contact, either by phone or email. They provided lists of local restaurants and even coupons for us to use. The property was less than one mile from the main highway - attractions close-by yet traffic and noise was nonexistent. The affiliation with the large Embassy property allowed us to use their amenities without having to go through their front desk - the owners mail the keys directly to the renters! Yes, we would recommend this property to anyone wanting an upscale accommodation that is near activities and the beach. As proof, we are coming again next year to the same unit. Enjoy!

  We stayed here the week of Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. Clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds,etc. We had a glitch with the lock on the front door and both the owner and the maintenance team were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

  We had the best time!! The kitchen was well equipped and the space was more than enough and well appointed. The pictures accurately reflect what is available in the condo and everything was in working order . We were close to everything that we wanted to do including shopping, gas, restaurants and the Splash Water attraction at the hotel! We did have one issue with the noise coming from one of the nearby condos, but after a brief call to the front gate security, that was quickly resolved. Again, great location, quiet and well decorated. I have already recommended it to family and friends and I can't wait to find another reason to go back with my family!!

  This was a fantastic vacation! Two moms and 5 kids joined together for a week long break. The condo was in great condition, very clean and beautifully decorated yet cozy enough to make us feel at home. We walked to the beach/pools/Splash Park every morning and enjoyed being able to have a yard to play in. We would definitely stay here again!!

  This was an outstanding unit! The location, Kingston Plantation, the door to door free shuttle service, the spray park, the hotel pools and ocean! Fantastic decor, excellent service from the manager and owner, we had a fantastic vacation. We had a young toddler and "grandma" along on this trip. The floor plan gave us plenty of space, privacy and no concerns about stairs! The closest parking space is just steps away. And the shuttle service is prompt, friendly and FREE! Would recommend THIS unit and Kingston Plantation to anyone and everyone.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We have spent our last three winter vacations at different condos in West Hyde Park and this is by far the best unit we have rented. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The photos and descriptions are accurate. This is a home away from home. The owners Linda and Mike are very pleasant and accommodating. The beach is a 5 minutes walk from the condo. We have already booked here for next winter. We highly recommend the unit.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  My family and I stayed at the West Hyde Park area, it was very clean, roomy, and a short distance to the beach and pools. I read a lot of reviews before coming here and I have to say I was a little scared. Once I walked into the villa, we were all very pleased. I can't see anything here to complain about!! We had a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath with a full kitchen and beautiful back deck. The only thing we wish was that the beach was closer.

  Our family stayed in this fabulous home last summer during a family reunion. The house is even nicer than the photos portray. Everything we needed was provided and easy to use. The owners were above-and-beyond helpful, friendly, professional and timely. We rented another home they own in West Hyde Park as well, that was equally lovely. The beach is just a short walk through the beautiful park-like property, or a quick drive with parking at any of the condominium towers. As an added convenience, keys to the home and passes to the splash pool were provided directly by the owner, which we very much appreciated. We hope to return to Myrtle Beach, and to this house, very soon.

  We stayed here last Summer (2010) and are going back this year! We loved it so much that we knew from the moment we arrived we would never stay anywhere else. If you are searching for the perfect Condo at the Beach, You have found it! The Owners actually have a two bedroom condo also which we are using this year since we aren't taking as many people. We are counting the days to go back to Kingston. The Condo was beautifully decorated, Clean, well equip with everything we needed. The owners are above and beyond in customer service. The property is in the most perfect location at Myrtle Beach. It is very close to the Tanger Outlets, many restaurants and Barefoot Landing is near by also. I highly recommend giving Kingston Plantation a try and especially this property :)

  I've been to Kingston plantation for a annual meeting 7 years in a row. This was the best rental yet. Wonderfully updated, yet not complicated and perfect layout for even three couples or a moderately sized family. Very friendly owners and easy communication. Splash park cards included. Nice location. CLEAN!!!!!!!! Will book again if going to ano ocho!!!
