If you are interested in quality and cleanliness this premier property is ideal for a "fun in the sun" family vacation. This beautiful first-floor unit is located just across a narrow street from the beach with ocean views from the front.
The unit is beautifully furnished and has a great entertainment area that features hardwood floors, 10 foot ceilings, a large fully-equipped kitchen (ocean view), adjoining dining and family rooms. After dinner set back and relax on the deck located just off the dining room while the kids are occupied with four TV's including a 32 inch HD LCD in family room, all with DVD. Wireless high-speed secure internet is also included.
There is storage for beach supplies and a covered outside shower is available for rinsing off when coming off the beach.

We live just over two hours away in Cary, North Carolina so it's an easy drive to reach the beach house. During the off season we enjoy spending time there and love the local atmosphere. We take a lot of pride in our beach home and strive to provide our guest with a clean high-quality property. WE STAYED HERE IN NOV. IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL CONDO!!! SO MUCH ROOM....TOP OF THE LINE DECORATING ON THE INSIDE.....VERY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING......REALLY NEAR THE BEACH....GREAT FISHING!!! WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN....THE BEST RENTAL PLACE IN CAROLINA BEACH!!! WE LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! THE OWNERS WERE SO NICE TO WORK WITH ALSO.....BEST VACATION EVER!!!!

Me and my girls stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and I must say, it was awesome! The house was beautiful and spacious and the beach was just amazing! The rooms were clean and cozy. Nobody was on top of one another because the space was large enough. I can't say anything negative. Judy was a joy to work with. Everything worked out just lovely and I look forward to staying here again!

beautiful place to enjoy a get a way and the owners exceeded kindness!!! There is plenty of space and the decors made us feel more on the beach; while inside. We celebrated my mom's birthday with 2 cruises and the location was perfect!! we cooked a surprised dinner and every thing was provided, to use...(more than enough dishes, utensils,seating,) warm colors in every room. Enough space for kids also(inside and outside)Thanksgiving for making our vacation the perfect paradise!!!!!!!

My family and I stayed there for a week in Sept. 2010. The location to everything you could possibly want is execellent. The accomadations were very comfortable. I would definitley go back!! Sad to leave.

We had a wonderful time at this beach home. Everything was clean and just like the pictures. We had the opportunity to meet Mr. Brown, the owner,and he was just as nice in person as on the phone. We traveled with smaller children so the short walk to the beach and pool was perfect! There was so much to do in the area, we went to the aquarium, the battleship, the zoo, and tried out many of the excellent restaurants in the area. We were very sad when it was time to leave, but are looking forward to coming to stay here next year!!!

Perfect in all regards, this rental home exceeded my expectations!! The unit is clean and very spacious with high ceilings. It has abundant windows with beautiful views, lovely decor, and perfect layout. I loved the paint scheme and furnishings. The beach in front of the unit is not crowded since the ocean front at this location is primarily single rental units. If you prefer more people, simply walk down the beach toward the boardwalk or head the other way toward the fishing pier. The sand was white & clean, the ocean was delightful, and the pool was refreshing. A very peaceful setting, but always something to do! We visited the Carolina Beach aquarium (worth seeing!), the state park just a few miles away (saw 100's of little crabs along the river - cool!), Wilmington (gorgeous, historic city just 15 minutes away), Britt's donuts, the Carolina battleship (impressive), took the ferry to Bald Head island....Always something nearby to do whenever we could tear ourselves away from the ocean. The owners were extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. It was very apparent that they truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. And we did! I highly recommend this rental!!

This beach home provides everything needed for a memorable family vacation! The owner's have created a "home away from home" atmosphere with their beautiful decor and comfortable layout. It easily accommodated 2 families with teenagers. Carolina Beach is a wonderful choice for a family vacation. Everything is within walking distance - miles of beautiful (quiet) beach front; charter boats; fishing piers; a Boardwalk with amusements, rides, and entertainment; shops; many wonderful restaurants and tiki bars. Wilmington (shopping & sightseeing) and Wrightsville Beach (surfing) are only a short drive away. This vacation property exceeded our high expectations, and we would highly recommend to family and friends!

My husband and I, children and grandchildren had a wonderful week at the beach. The house was just as described, clean, well-maintained and just across the road from the pool and beach. Plenty of space and amenities for everyone - from grandchildren to grandparents. The owners were great. I highly recommend for family vacations and we all look forward to returning to the beach.

This was a wonderful beach house for a family vacation. The owners were wonderful to work with, the home was clean, spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped to make all of our meals and the short walk to the beach was easy, just across the street. The beaches were breathtaking and plenty to do in the surrounding area. A definate must for any family!

The condo was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We had a great time. The rooms were beautifully decorated and large enough to accommodate all of us on the vacation. The lovely kitchen was fully stocked to make creating meals easier. We will want to return next year. The owners were a joy to work with as everything went smoothly. The flow of the home was great as we could not hear our teenagers watching television in their room while we relaxed in the family room. The walk to the beach was short ( across the street).
