We stayed in this condo for a month & enjoyed it very much. It's in a good location , easy to get to Bonita Springs or Naples. The pool is large & clean. We loved all the great resturants & shopping . We would return next year if we can get away. We would recommend this property.

Falling Waters is a small quite and friendly community with a great pool.The condo is very clean,comfortable and well furnished. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful.We have rented again.

We were pleasantly surprised how lovely the condo was! Light, airy and spacious. Master bedroom is wonderful but guest bedroom is too small for adults. The complex is quiet and we liked the north Naples location. The pool was very large and clean. The owners are easy to work with and very nice people. I would rent again from them.

We have just returned from the best vacation we have ever had. This was a wonderful rental in a quite neighborhood yet still very close to where ever you want to go. The condo was beautiful and the pool magnificent. There are only good things to say about Falling Waters North Preserve and Naples. I would definately recommend it and we are looking forward to returning next year. Carol & Tony
