We welcome you to share in the comfort and beauty of our family home! You can enjoy the breathtaking view from the coziness of the great room through the wall of glass that faces the lake, from the balcony that extends the length of the house, the screen proch below or from the grass patio at the lakefront.
The house has two and a half stories -
On the main floor which is easily accessed with a single step from our ample parking area, you will come through a small but well equipped kitchen into an expansive great room with a complete wall of sliding glass doors to view the lake, large stone fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, plenty of other seating, and a TV with VCR/ DVD and satellite, stereo with CD player. The dining area has large table that seats 8-10. The table and chairs on the balcony can either augment your dining space or allow you to dine surrounded by the trees and the wonderful view. The master bedroom with kingsize bed and master bath are also on this level.
The house's upper level with balcony that overlooks main floor has 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen bed and 1 with 2 twin beds)and a full bath as well as a closet filled with a huge assortment of board games and puzzles for a variety of ages.There is also a wide array of videos and DVD's for you to enjoy - and lots of good books too!
Our lower level has a game room with queen sleeper sofa, ping pong table, TV with VCR and Nintendo, and a bedroom with 3 twin beds, and a full bath. There are also 2 full twin rollaway beds and a queen aerobed for those extra visitors.
Step from the game room onto a screen porch and enjoy the lake and mountain views from yet another perspective.
Ready to go to the lakeside?! You will find four adirondack chairs awaiting you on the grass patio with a small perennial garden as their backdrop. Relax there and soak in the views. Or ... sunbathe on the docks or on top of the boathouse. When you get really hot, jump into the water from the boathouse roof or the dock! Between the docks is a very child-friendly swimming area that slopes gently as it becomes deep enough for diving at the end of the the docks and boathouse. Use the dense foam floats to wile away the time as you enjoy the gentle currents of the lake, have a water volleyball game in the swim area between the docks, or use the canoe that is available. Or - for nonwater lovers, take a nap in the hammock in the shade. And if you don't want to leave the lakeside, bring water, soda, ice tea or other beverages and stock the small fridge in the boathouse!In the evening, relax by the fire pit as the moon rises over the water.
Bring your own motorboat or rent one and tie it up on the dock so you can use the skis or tubes in the boathouse. Whatever your speed, it is wonderful to be in or near the water. Make your reservation now because we just KNOW you will love this comfortable, family-oriented home.

Sept. 01-March 31 ... $225 to $275 per night depending upon # in party
and time of year.
Holidays and weekends are negotiable.
Refundable reservation/security fee $300 due to reserve your week.
Clean-up is the responsiblity of renter.
