We have always enjoyed coming to the Ocean Drive area. We are close to shopping, golf and restaurants.
Has lots of shopping and nice restaurents. It's a nice place to go after a long day on the beach.
If bargain hunting is the national pastime, then Tanger Factory Outlet Centers is the firing range.

My wife and I bought this condo when it was built. It's in a great location and it’s within walking distance to the center of Ocean Drive. It has great pools for the kids and very a nice beach. It is close enough to Myrtle Beach to get there fast but far enough away to avoid the traffic. We enjoy coming to the beach and we hope you enjoy using our condo.

We stayed in this condo several weeks ago with friends and had an excellent time. The pools were even better than they look in the pictures, our son loved getting something to eat and orange juice by the pool. Several of the nights we stayed people set off a small amount of fireworks directly outside of the condo on the beach and it was very fun to watch. We definitely suggest this for familes!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Just completed our first NMB vacation at Avista Resort. Very nice condo with comfortable surroundings and nicely decorated. A bit crowded with all the lounge chairs at the pool, but good chance to snatch one. We always enjoy NMB and have been going there for years. I would recommend this property to others.

We just got back from our vac in N. Myrtle Beach. Our condo at the Vista Resort was as advertised. Actually the condo was very well supplied. Plenty of serving bowls and bowls with lids for storing leftovers. We brought our own, because most places do not have that kind stuff. Resort staff was helpful with the few questions that we had. Parking garage leaves a little bit do be desired, it is a really tight fit for larger SUV's. We loved the convenience of being able to walk downtown and eat at Duffy's, or get ice cream at the Pavillion. The Irish pub, up the street, has a nice non seafood menu. Would recommend this condo and resort.

My family thoroughly enjoyed a week @Avista in your condo. The condo is furnished nicely and very comfortable. Avista complex is awesome~my granddaughter loved the pools....especially the lazy river. My small grandson loved the beach and the location of this condo is great. Close enough to restaurants to walk and out of alot of the Myrtle Beach traffic. This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be back.

My family and i just completed a very enjoyable 7 day vacation at this beautiful condo-oceanfront. We really hated to leave when the week was up. The condo is nicely decorated and well equipped. A very good place for the children. The Resort is in walking distance to Main St. where there are eating places and shops.

We have just completed a very enjoyable 3-month "Snowbird" vacation at this beautiful condo-oceanfront. The condo is nicely decorated and well equipped, and the Resort's amenities are all available to renters. I might add that we found the Resort personnel to be very attentive. The Resort is in walk- ing distance to Main St. where there are eating places and shops; not to mention the white sandy beach. Hope to be able to return in 2009.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-week stay in this beautiful condo. It was immaculately clean, well stocked and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The indoor and outdoor pool area were great. We loved the terrific golfing on so many challenging golf courses nearby. Highly recommend this condo for a terrific vacation!
