Quiet residential community. Sorry, No Smoking, No Pets, and No children under 10 years old. Monthly rental. Sleeps Six: queen in master bedroom, double in second bedroom/office, and queen sofabed in living room opposite fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen, including smooth cooktop, pots, cooking utensils, spices, and other staples. Dock, kayak launch, swimming pool, tennis, and racquetball courts onsite.
