Welcome to our house, set in a luxuriant park of 3000 square meters, in the shade of pine trees, fruit trees and olive trees.
The apartment consists of: double bedroom, living room with satellite TV and double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, outdoor loggia for outdoor dining and relaxation area, barbecue.
Private garden to allow guests and their pets, to enjoy absolute privacy, parking.
A few hundred meters away is served by the gas station, bank with ATM, bar / tobacconist, supermarket, fish.
Reached on foot beaches Barabarca, Zuccale and Lido di Capoliveri. A 5-minute drive Naregno, Barbarossa.
It is 4 km from the center of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro.

Ours is a small country road, not asphalted. For some this may be a problem, but it is thanks to this characteristic that we are immersed in silence and peace.

Ideal for those seeking tranquility and moments of intimacy, you can choose a different activity each day:

- Visit to discover the history and culture of the Island
- Sport (diving, horse riding, sailing, surfing, golf, mountain bike rented a few meters from the apartment)

Hütte der richtige ausdruck

Die Wohnung ist leider nicht gepflägt, Schimmel geruch in der Küche, und Schlafzimmer. Grundstück und Garten sind in Ordnung. Besitzer ist hilfsbereit, bringt Gemüse und Eier aus dem Garten. Vorsicht, die Zufahrt zum Haus mit SUV ok.

Super für Hundehalter. Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein , aber alles vorhanden. Wegen der steilen Zufahrt sollte das KFZ keinesfalls tiefergelegt sein ! Raumaufteilung schön, Möblierung ebenfalls gut wie beschrieben.

Super Lage, tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist ideal für die Zeit auf Elba. Je nach Nachbarn, kann es angenehmer oder etwas turbulenter zugehen. Wer Hunde mag, ist wunderbar aufgehoben.
