Our 2nd floor end unit in the highly sought after Evian Community offers quaint South Carolina charm with its French Design, professionally landscaped surroundings, large windows and spacious layout. Enjoy wonderful, panoramic views from this beautifully-decorated, 2-bedroom Evian condo. It is perfect for a family getaway or a golf vacation. Here's what a recent renter said about the villa:
"Wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your villa. From now on, that's the only place we want to stay when we go to Hilton Head. It's so spacious and tastefully decorated. The king bed has the most comfortable mattress. I love the lay out of this villa. We loved sitting out on your balcony and watching all the wildlife. At one time we had 4 alligators, 20 turtles, 2 blue herons and numerous other tropical birds."
Both bathrooms have been completely redone and the master bathroom has a large, walk-in shower. Plus, the master bedroom has a king size Westin bed that will make your nights heavenly!
The 2nd bedroom has either 2 twin beds or a king size bed. You choose and we'll set it up for you.
The deck offers both sun and shade as you look over the lagoon and golf course and professionally-done landscaping. You feel like you are in a wildlife sanctuary as you watch the alligators, blue herons, jumping fish and other exotic birds all from the safety of the 2nd floor.
You'll love the central location our villa offers. Just a short bike ride from the beach or steps away from a large pool, gazebo, small lake and 6 lit tennis courts. There is fun for all ages.
