Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, this lovely, Florida, classic cottage has a 13-foot by 26-foot pool with solar heating, porches everywhere to catch the gulf breezes and gulf views from the third floor viewing deck with wet bar. Just a short, three-minute walk to the beach. Large, beautifully-landscaped, private back yard with picnic table and plenty of room for kids to play and adults to relax. Have morning coffee or moonlit nightcaps on the upper deck where you can hear the surf. Our home is great for families or couples.
Beautiful, upscale kitchen has granite counters, fully stocked with dishes, barware, small appliances (blenders, crockpot, food processor), and miniature TV. Basics provided (e.g, spices, foil, dish soap, pool toys) save you $$$!
Upstairs master suite has king-size bed with large bathroom; double sinks and double shower. Second bedroom has queen-size bed and private bath. Kids bunk room has bunk bed with twin upper and full-size lower and additional Queen bed. Half bath downstairs.
Take advantage of our four adult bicycles or take a stroll for morning coffee, lunch at the Seagrove Village Market, or shopping in Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach. We also have 2 bikes for young kids and a pull cart attached to an adult bike that accommoates 2 toddlers.
Beach chairs, umbrella, and toddler beach and pool toys are provided.
Minimum age requirement is 25.
WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING STUDENTS.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
50% rent due at booking
Remainder and $400 damage deposit due 14 days prior to check-in

Why the Owner Chose Sugarwood Beach
We have been vacationing along Hwy 30A for many years. I grew up along the Gulf Coast and have also lived abroad and traveled to many beaches around the world and I can tell you there is not an area that is more pristine or beautiful than Seagrove Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Having the nice lawn and private pool provides for an alternative to the beach. As wonderful as the beach is, it can be difficult to stay there all day so we go back and forth from the beach to the pool. The lawn is great for games of bocce and bean bag toss and the covered porch and swing provide a cool place to escape the sun. If you have an infant, its wonderful to be able to hang out at the pool during naptimes so you don't have to miss all the fun.

We are the Sinclairs, and this is our personal vacation home. We live in Atlanta have 2 young boys so our home is set-up well for families. We keep things there that our family enjoys like games, movies, pool and beach toys. For the convenience of our guests have also stocked the home with the baby equipment that we no longer need. Our family enjoys Abundant Living about 5 times a year, the rest of the time we make it available for guests like you to enjoy. Sometimes we go without our children and I can promise you this is a wonderful adult escape as well! We hate to have to buy basic kitchen supplies everytime we go, so we keep the kitchen stocked with basics and operate on a "replace what you use up" basis. It works well for us and our guests and saves us all money.

This house was immaculate. My wife and another couple were in town for a friends wedding. The location is a short walk to the beach, close to Seaside and the many shops there. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was perfect for 2 couples and 3 children. We all had such a fantastic time. The location was perfect, an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The pool was private and relaxing. Our 3 year old loved your puzzles, toys, pool floaties and movie collection. Having bikes with a toddler carrier was fantastic and a money saver. Our family will never forget Seaside/Sugarwood Beach, the perfect sand beaches and the wonderful week at your house with our great friends!

We stayed at Abundant Living while in town for a wedding and loved the house! It is so well maintained and stocked that we will for sure be coming back! We loved having the pool at the house and all of the toys for the kids.

This house is perfect for a beach vacation. It is vary spacious and within easy walking distance to the beach. However, I think one of the best qualities is the generosity of the owners. I own and rent rental properities in resort areas and this is the first time I have come across someone willing to truly open thier home. You get access to their beach equipment, children equipment (pack n play, monitors, etc) and common kitchen items that are bought on vacations that are never used up so that you can avoid spending money (condiments, non-perishables, etc). It may not seem like a big deal but I can tell you that it makes the trip so much easier and more enjoyable. This is a great house for families and kids with saftey in mind and is well worth the price.

House was as described! Great location to Seaside and an easy walk ot the beach. If you have kids, this place has it all from sleeping arrangments to highchair. It was great to grill out by the pool while the kids went for a swim. Kitchen was fully loaded with top of the line cookware and utensils. We look forward to coming back!

We were grateful (and amazed) at all of the extras you leave openly available to your guests – beach chairs, umbrella, toys, wagon, bicycles, spices, games, movies, etc. This is very helpful to travelers, who would have no way to bring all of this with them, and it helped make our stay very comfortable (just like home!). My husband and I along with our two small kids really enjoyed our stay here at Abundant Living. The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived and the furnishing were very nice and comfortable. We had friends join us so the huge dining table was especially nice. I was a little worried about the walk to the beach but as it turned out, it was easy and no problem at all. Really, a perfect set-up for a perfect vacation. We hope to get to visit again soon!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Abundant Living is such a kid/family friendly home, we were able to pack extra light this trip! The house is in the perfect location and extra clean. A easy walk/bike ride to the beach. (Even with two little ones thanks to the wagon and bike trailer!) And a short bike ride to Seaside! We said that our perfect vacation would be to move our home to the beach. It was our perfect vacation. Just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time at your house this past week. Your home is absolutely gorgeous and all of us felt like we were living a life of the rich and famous. I'd like to add that it was extremely clean, comfortable beds, easy access to the grocery and we didn't want to leave. The girls rated it as one of the best vacations we've ever taken.

Our family enjoyed spring vacation at Abundant Living in April 06. We arrived to find the home spotless, tidy and stocked nicely. We were so pleased by the lovely home, the fun pool, and the convenient locale. The necessary contact arrangements with the owner were pleasant as she is efficient, professional, charmingly gracious. (She should hold seminars on how to rent out vacation homes.) We are regular and picky travelers but we were impressed with the comfort and appeal of Abundant Living.
