Our stylishly decorated villa includes a spacious Family Room with vaulted ceilings, pull-out sleeper sofa, fireplace and bar area as well as a cozy dining area that seats six. We have completely updated our kitchen appliances, as well as put in wireless internet and patio furniture! The bright and cheery, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make your vacation hassle-free. Bring your binoculars as you are guaranteed to see wildlife such as alligators, blue herons, and turtles while you relax on the chaise lounges and patio furniture on the private, shaded deck overlooking the 6th green of one of Shipyard's three golf courses. You'll love the Master bedroom with vaulted ceilings that includes a King-sized bed, daybed and TV and private bath. The Guest room has two twin beds and TV/VCR. The unit is well stocked with VCR/DVD, CD Player, Nintendo and video games as well as books, puzzles, and board games. We are located next to the Evian swimming pool and six tennis courts (4 are lighted) and only minutes from Van Der Meer Tennis Facility, Crowne Plaza Resort, and newly remodeled Shipyard Beach Club with private parking, bathrooms, showers and beach access! You will also have access to our beach locker which is located at Shipyard Beach Club and is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys, for your use. Shipyard has numerous bike trails that provide a leisurely and comfortable way to take in the many sites of the island. Our cheerful and comfortable villa is a great place to stay in Hilton Head.
