We have completely re-decorated this upscale, stylish property which includes a spacious Family Room with vaulted ceilings, pull-out sleeper sofa, working fireplace and wet bar area as well as an elegant dining area that seats six.
New flooring, new carpeting, new tiling throughout: there has been no effort spared to add to the comfort of your stay! The kitchen, with new cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops and updated appliances has everything you need for a stress-free holiday!
The Master and Guest bathrooms have been totally updated for your comfort. Our luxurious, newly remodeled baths have new porcelain tiles, stylish designer wall colors and upscale vanities with marble and granite tops, light-filled window ledges in each bath and new faucets with beautiful accent mirrors.
The Family Room has a new 42 inch plasma HD flat screen TV as well as an entertainment center with DVD, Video, and a complete sound system. We've installed a new wireless internet system as well.
You'll love the Master bedroom with vaulted ceilings that includes a King-sized bed, daybed, TV and private bath. The Guest room has two twin beds and TV/VCR. The unit is well stocked with VCR/DVD, CD Player, as well as books, puzzles, and board games.
Bring your binoculars as you are guaranteed to see wildlife such as alligators, blue heron, and turtles from the private, upper level deck. The shaded deck includes comfortable lounge and patio furniture as well as an electric BBQ. We overlook the lagoon, the canal and the 6th green of one of Shipyard's three golf courses.
We are located next to the Evian swimming pool and six tennis courts (4 are lighted) and only minutes from Van Der Meer Tennis Facility, Crowne Plaza Resort, and the newly remodeled Shipyard Beach Club with private parking, bathrooms, showers and beach access! Shipyard has numerous bike trails that provide a leisurely and comfortable way to take in the many sites of the island.

Once more time to leave...we had a super time with friends joining us for the first week and then daughter and son-in-law for the second. Lots of golf and beach until this week when we had LOTS of rain. Never mind we love it here rain or shine. Thank you again for shaing your lovely home.

We had a wonderful week at 185 Evian. We have stayed at various places in Evian for the past 10 years. One of our favorite things about "185" was the beach locker - that made our life so much easier this week. Thanks for providing such a great place with everything we needed!

I just wanted to send a short note to let you know that we had a fantastic 3 weeks on Hilton Head. A long journey to get there (23hours door to door) soon seemed a distant memory as we settled very quickly into our holiday. The apartment was great and had everything we needed... the bicycles were very well used - the children did particularly well as we followed the trails to Shelter Cove and Palmetto Dunes and as far as Sea Pines Gate!... It had been 9 years since we had visited first - the beach was as beautiful as we remembered and the children and my husband had great fun on the body boards - in spite of the jellyfish (my son and husband have the scars to prove it!!) Obviously it may be a while before we visit again but i'm sure we will and would certainly recommed the apartment to anyone... thankfully our journey home was uneventful with just a short delay at Atlanta - well worth the delay for the sake of safety in our view.

My wife and I were very pleased with the location, condition and decor of your place. We could not have been more satisfied with the villa. The second floor layout was ideal, especially since we enjoyed the view of both the landscape and wildlife throughout the area so much. My wife was very impressed and at home with your decorating ideas. To be honest, it took us awhile to get acclimated to the driving patterns and that was a cause of some slight frustration. However, just like any new surroundings, once we got our bearings, we became increasingly more comfortable. While we are typically west coast Florida vacationers, we don't regret the opportunity we had to explore a different part of this wonderful country. Your advance information about places to visit and favored eating establishments were welcome. We are thankful to you and your husband for the hospitality and the chance to rent your beautiful villa. If we (or should I say when) we venture back to the island, we would very much favor the opportunity to rent again.

Peggy,Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing time at your Evian condo/villa. It was absolutely great. Such a nice peaceful and private location. I knew I wanted to stay in Evian and it lived up to my expectations. The weather was great—cooler at the shore. My daughter loved being there and of course we want to return next year. We spent most of our time at the beach. I think she was awestruck at the beauty of the beach. She loved the alligators and turtles. We spent a day in Savannah and Beaufort each; I would like to return there also to attend the Gullah festival. We didn’t get to Bluffton; it looked interesting so maybe next year. Thanks again for a lovely time and giving us an extra day. We hope to return next year.

We enjoyed our stay at your villa. The scenery was beautiful and very peaceful,we are considering coming back to hilton head next year. We thought the Fresh Market is a nice addition to the island. We went there a lot for fresh meat and fish.
